I was so excited to find my size in a certain Donald Pliner loafer. Ordered, paid for, waited and waited. Bottom line - never got the shoes. No offer to track why or send another pair. I did get a credit abt. 5 days later. But I'm Still looking for those shoes. No Photo cause No Shoes.

I love shopping here because I can get brands at affordable prices and quick shipping especially if you're an amazon prime member because it seems that are affiliates. I ordered a juicy couture bag and it exceeded my expectations! It was a steal of a deal I tell you. I watched this bag until it went on sale and I'm happy I did. It's TRUE to colour and size.

Tip for consumers:
Items sometimes go on discount so you can place the item in your cart and watch it to see if the price will reduce any further, check especially at nights. Keep in mind that it may also get sold out so you have to check for stock updates as well. Once you see a reduced price it's best to grab it at that time because by morning it may either be sold out or back to its original price.

The opportunity to snatch some nice pair of shoes with quite an affordable price is something that I like about this online shop. Sometimes there are even luxurious brands with tasty discounts.

But, anyway, the assortment seems to be meager, I don't know why. I don't remember what I was searching for, but I remember that it was very difficult to find my size, even despite the fact, I wear ordinary sizes.

I ordered a bag to Ukraine and paid all taxes plus shipping. The bag arrived defective - the logo was sewn upside down. The employee said that the free exchange is only within the United States. Obviously, it is not profitable for me to send it back at my own expense and pay for shipping again. In response, they even stingy to offer a minimal discount on the next purchase as an apology. No customer care. It feels like they have found a way to get rid of defective goods - send them abroad, realizing that no one will return them.

Please don't trust 6pm with your Christmas gifts! They take weeks to get your money back and you have to try and reorder again, paying twice for one item that will not arrive on time! Rude customer service

I was charged more than what the item said. Very WRONG. NOT Happy at all. What I purchased was 51.35,why do I have a 53.35 bill? So glad I didn't buy more,you probably would have taken more money out,I sent an email immediately,no response,first spoke to your employee who was no help. This is my first time. I used them in the past and remember I had good experience. Other reviews saying they went downhill are right! I bought sandals for $70 and I had to pay $13 to return because they didn't fit (reviews said they ran half a size big which I found to not be true). Not worth the hassle or discounts. You can find the same products at the same prices elsewhere with better customer service and better return policies. Kind of mad at myself I didn't originally buy the sandals from Amazon which was selling them for the same price. Last time I am buying anything from 6pm. Stay away!

I've found that they have one of the wider selections of any website, both in terms of style and (very importantly!) sizes, and their prices are frequently among the best for any given style. So the reviews for this site seemed sketchy but I received an amazing pair of DC shoes for the cheapest price on the internet! I'm glad I tried out 6pm.com and I will shop here again! I can't find these shoes anywhere else for such a good price! I can't wait to wear them to school! I added the blue shoelaces myself. They originally came with black ones (:

It's a good idea to be familiar with the brand you are buying and what size you need. I've previously had this type of DC shoes and knew what size I was.

I purchased a pair of shoes. It was on processing for 2 months. So I called customer service. They were all in Jamaica. They tried to cancel without saying sorry.
I wanted to talk to a supervisor in USA. But they said no more in America even though it is based on America.
I paid it on $92 on sale. But after waiting 2 months I should buy $195 on regular price! Bit they ignored compensation.
Supervisor is in Jamaica. So they don't try to fix problems and don't care customers' inconvenience.
Just made an irresponsible statement with excuse.
6pm may disappear soon

I recommend to purchase on other website of it is same price.
Shipping is very slow. Even unshipped, the customer service team make an excuse, out of stock.
I received order confirmation by email. But they still say the reason of unshipping is out of stock.. almost talking woth a robot

Although 6pm is owned by Zappos, which has outstanding customer service and a free return policy, 6pm requires you to pay for return shipping. Essentially, I just paid $17 to try on a pair of boots. I won't be doing that again - ever. I'm sticking to Zappos from now on. :(

I had a very bad experience for the first time. I didn't receive my jacket and a bag for my Mom's birthday! I was expecting the parcel in 5 business days as the website says. Huge selection, amazing prices, quick delivery of orders. Unfortunately, the Uggs I ordered at a reasonable price, and then quickly received, ended up fitting weirdly (fur-lined in the front half, heel area NOT fur-lined, which made my heel slide up and down in the boot with every single step. Painful.)

I knew I had to return them, and really hated having to pay return postage, but figured out it's better to lost out on $12 postage than the $100 for un-wearable boots.

The point here is that if the returns were free, like virtually every other high volume shoe website, I'd simply have ordered another pair of boots, and would definitely be a regular return customer to 6pm. But this setup just isn't going to work for me, so bye-bye 6pm.

I have received my order CK flat on time however the shoes look like they have been used! It has a lot of scratches and the leather looks like its been pulled off and the bottom of the shoes are very dirty!
I live in Saudi Arabia and i have decided to buy from 6pm website based on the rate in sitejabber! I am disappointed with this product and as I live abroad it's difficult for me to return it

I generally don't fill these out but I've had a wonderful experience with this company. I was sent merchandise that was slightly defective (difficult to tell until you put them on as they were vibram 5 fingers) and I got an almost immediate response from customer service. They resolved the issue right away and credited me for the item. It's tough because they do not offer exchanges, as many have mentioned, but the customer service I've experienced is far superior to most online companies. As others have said, be sure of what you're getting, and you can find some great deals!

I ve spent more then 1 hour for one call tho te customer service and 30 min for another one. No-one recalled me back after saying "i will call you in 10-20min"

The waste of time. The are not interested in clients spend 500 dollars on their site. There are a lot of much better solutions!)

Ordered Hunter boots 108.00. Didn't fit, so I was going to return. Went UPS the cheapest was 23.00. Called customer service no help what so ever. I will stick with Amazon. Don't bother. You can order from much better places. It's not worth the savings if they don't work for you.

Honestly, I've been shopping with 6pm for at least 4 years now. I've had two order that was wrong in the past year and the item was no longer available for an exchange. They refunded me and I get to keep the incorrect item. Why am I giving it a three stars. I placed my items in the shopping cart and the next day, all the items' price gone up. Not just a few bucks but $10 or more. That was a few days ago. Today, everything went up by at least 10% and up from summer season wear to winter. I've never seen this before. Now... I might have to hunt down another place to shop.

Tip for consumers:
If you see something you like, purchase it right there and than. Or the price might change on you. And if it's the last one, is a 50/50 chance you might get something else in the mail.

I've made several orders from 6pm and it's great unless you need to return something. I just returned some shoes that cost $20 to ship back. You have to be pretty confident that you won't return or the discounts aren't worth it. I would reserve for known sizes and apparel that you know won't be uncomfortable (like you've tried on elsewhere). Also shipping itself was nearly $15 which is a lot when you are used to Amazon or Zappos.

Buyer Beware! I was very distressed to realize that I had missed the 30 day return/exchange policy for this company (6pm). Yes, it's my fault that I procrastinated 36 days before asking to return it. I would have been happy with an exchange of one size larger and would have paid for the service. So now, I'm stuck with a too small $75 dress and 6pm has an unhappy customer writing bad reviews. They are so inflexible that they would not even exchange it. Yes, customer service answered me with the standard "that's our policy" email. I obviously will not be returning to this store when there are so many other companies who pride themselves on trying to please a customer with a reasonable request. 6pm is not one of them.

I bought a pair of Michael Kors sandals for my girlfriend and when they got here it looks as if someone had already put them on there feet. And the discoloration from the inside of the shoe I am never purchasing from this website ever again and I will be sure to let others know that this company is fraud
