Dean said he would reverse the $49 charge since I didn't know I was being charged I hope that is true. I thought I was calling Uber to make a complaint I didn't know I was going to be charged
I was very unhappy it wasn't what I thought it was going to be, I had no idea thay we're going to charge me 49.00$and now I been fighting with them for 2week's trying to get my money back!
The rep was friendly and cooperative. I really just needed a second opinion and she more than delivered.
