Didn't realize I had even enrolled for membership, actually got in this line not meaning to! When my bank showed a charge for $50 I called & the girl said I could cancel & the $50 will be refunded in 2-5 business days. As long as it is I am happy!
Called and received a callback from Prince who was very helpful. Now I'm hoping that the charge is eliminated from my credit card. Thank you again. Prince was helpful, professional and respectful. Good for AOL for hiring such a fine young man. My problem was about a bogus email from AOL. I solved it by changing my password twice which appeared to resolve the problem but I wanted professional verification which he provided.
He was very Patient and fixed my issues. I was very happy with the work that he did and all the steps we had too go through to fix the problem! FYI the guy before him hung up on me! Very rude! He should be held accountable for his actions!
My 4 month old puppy swallowed a small rubber ball. I couldn't find a vet in town that was open to find out what to do. I called for help at 6ya and a vet called me back and told me what to do and gave me resources to follow up with. I have somewhere to go now I'm disabled and can't afford a $4,000 vet bill.

I tried to get some information on a Refund due me. And all the representative Artis, could tell me was that it should show up in my Bank account 7-10 days. I true SCAM. I was not made aware that there is. $50 charge for this conversation!
Although it took a few minutes for me to get going in the proper direction and then wait my turn to get expert help, once I did, it was time well spent. The first vet took his time listing to me, clarifying and then asking questions, before coming up with a treatment plan for my dog. Almost immediately after I finished that consultation, another vet called to make sure that I had been taken care of, if I had any additional questions and or concerns, and if she could be of additional help to me for my dog. Now, that is what I call customer service. Thank you.

Stephanie was awesome. She put my mind at ease letting me know I do not need to rush my dog to the vet immediately. He just has bad allergies and she gave us great information on what we could do to help him.
