We bailed out from Seamless long time ago. Delivery.com has promo offers almost every other week and the offers are for old customers, too. Also, you get to collect points for every purchase and redeem them for future credits. As to the app itself, the recent update is more user friendly (more responsive when touching the screen & easier to switch between takeout and delivery) and the Android Pay $5 off promo for whole November was super duper sweet! We love you, Delivery.com. Please keep up your good work!
I placed an order and they cxld it saying "no drivers available" - i placed another order and was cxld again saying " merchant is now closed" - i called the merchant myself and they were NOT closed. I called delivery.com again and they said "miscommunication" to place order for tomorrow delivery which i was dumb enough to do. An hour later, they call me to tell me order has been cancelled because merchant will be closed next 3 days (fri sat sun) to place order for Monday! I called merchant - they said that was not true, they are open daily! My card was authorized all 3xx, waiting for it to refund. HORRIBLE customer service

If a promo shows up be careful. They offered a 10 dollar discount and at the end it was full price. They should be getting a zero. And customer service is outsourced so the language barrier is also a problem. Never again and everyone should stay away from them.
My favorite restaurant only goes through this website and EVERY SINGLE TIME I use this service, it takes an hour or longer to get my food. Not worth it. Food is cold when it gets here.
I used them to order food and they emailed me a reciept. The reciept showed itemized charges. However when I added it up with a calculator, it was not the total they had. When I called them they said that a charge for $0.00 on my reciept should have been 10.37 and refused to refund the money.
Ordered food at 10:26am and didn't receive it until 12:45, on top of that my order was wrong. I sent a message and called customer service who said they would look into this. It's been an hour, now there not answering the phone, not responding to my messages and I still haven't received my correct order. That's $40 dollars down the drain and no help. Sad part is I've ordered from them several times and have spent a lot of money.

Took 3 hours for my food to arrive, it came cold, the sauce was just all over the bag. Leaked all over EVERYTHING! It was ice cold, tasted like total garbage. These people will NEVER refund a single purchase! I wasted $60 dollars for these people to say things are dealt with in a 48 hour window. After not answering that, I'm told "Unfortunately we can still only give you a $10 credit to your profile."... Even after stating several times I had instantly wished to delete the profile and pretend this "service" never existed. Never EVER use delivery.com! This place needs a million angry negative stars!

Orders are wrong, consistently late and many times cancelled. We love our usual driver Kathy but we are done with these clowns. I redeemed my $20 rewards on last order that was completely wrong and they would not give my rewards back. I feel bad for the drivers.
3 strikes and your out!Poor customer service, Can't seem to get it across to anyone that taking 1-1/2 plus hours for food delivery is not very good. Also, when the order arrives and is not complete, you need to make that order complete, not offer some petty credit that that does not even cover the order delivery/service fees. We order food because we are hungry, what the heck am I going to do with a credit to my account, order again, wait an hour and a half for my food, get charged a service/delivery fee again, and hope my order is correct the second time? Who has time for all of that, quite honestly the $8 credit to my account was an insult, didn't want your money, I wanted my food. Customer service would not even address that the credit itself was the amount of the service/delivery fees nor that I should have had those fees waived on a future delivery. All I can say id BYE...It wont happen again to me.

I placed a food delivery 2 hours ago. They said it was delivered, but it is nowhere is site. I checked my neighbors' house, not there either. I called twice (was on hold for 30 minutes the second time). First call, they said they would check withe the driver and get back to me. Never heard a thing. Tried their chat. Second call they said they would check with the restaurant, which is closed until tomorrow.
My food was stolen, never came to my house after they said it was delivered and I had to wait on hold more than twice for them to finally send me a refund, not sure why this business is still active it only gets bad reviews.
I got charged $9.91 fee on a $75.91+$6.74 tax= $82.65 pick-up order. Website says pick up is free. Two phone calls to delivery.com--no refund, but an email saying this was done because I live in NYC and the fee is pandemic related. Very pleaseant agent went to his supervisor--no relief, just the explanatory email.
D.com messed up my order, had decent results previously and now I'm waiting to hear back on a possible refund... This is so annoying, now I'm out $35 and the food isn't what I ordered. Not using this service again!
They short your paycheck constantly thinking you won't notice. They offer bonus incentives then never pay out. You work a 5 hour shift and make $12. Their HR team does not care and takes NO action to right their wrongs.

Worst service ever, my transaction was declined twice for "fraud reasons" but the credit card had been charged. When I called (cause nobody called me back to verify any information) I was transferred twice and the only answer "order due to a denial generated by our fraud detection partner", that's it, nothing else and nobody can answer the reason it happened, I was transferred twice and even talked with a supervisor who was a little nicer than the customer service rep who was really nasty. I have two small kids that wanted their preferred food and it's impossible to pick up food.
Beware of this poorly run business that is located in New York. I live in Sacramento, CA. Ordered from Chevy's and noticed thier little button and clicked on it. Stick with Door Dash. These guys did NOT deliver my food but charged my card the 93.03. I was treating myself and my daughters for dinner. I don't have that kind of money to lose. Called Chevy's when the food was not delivered... The waiter said he had never heard of delivery.com. Then I finally got an email from them with a valid phone number. The phone number on their website does not work. The email said that the order was cancelled because the driver could not find the house. I sent an email back and asked the person to call me. The result is they had no way to contact the driver but as of today 11/24/2020 Seth, their online guy says I need to contact my financial institution for a refund?
I WAS an avid user of the site... using it several times a week until I lost all my rewards points. I had over 100,000 points and chose to redeem them. My points were deducted from my account and I never received what I requested. What's more, I called over the past several months and am always told someone will look into it and get back to me. I have yet to receive an email or phone call. I used the site for more than ten + years and find it extremely unprofessional that my concern was not handled more efficiently. After all, I pay towards these rewards by ordering through delivery.com's website. I will never recommend anyone to the site and will be sure to tell all friends and family how horrible they truly are.
We had a food order that cost over $100 and gave specific instructions to deliver to the second floor receptionist. The driver left it sitting on a public sidewalk in 99 degree heat and for anyone to have access. We decided not to eat any of the food due to its condition and Delivery.com will not respond to my inquiries or stand behind their service. The restaurant tells me that I need to address the issue with Delivery.com not them. HORRIBLE!

Food never showed up. First it said it would be here in an hour, then it said it was being delivered the next day at noon. Then it was assigned a driver. Then the driver was gone. Food was ordered over an hour ago and now says 1 hour more- this service is wack. I called them to cancel and get my money and its just perpetually bad music and no service- no chat support. Like I wanna sit here on hold wasting MORE of my time to get my money back for your bad service?
Your company needs to work on its communication. I was notified via email that my order was cancelled (by you) 10 MINUTES prior to scheduled delivery. Nor was I provided the opportunity to arrange alternate pick-up for the meal as it was also cancelled at your level. This is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable. Needless to say, we will no longer utilize your service or recommend your company to anyone.

Why I telling you to do not use this service because:
1. They have no proper support team
2. Delay answer of ticket
3. Provide document which is not match with your records
4. They manipulate data and deduct amount from wallet
5. They are not pay COD amount to your bank
6. If you have any refund from then they did not send in bank
They deactivated my account arbitrarily when I tried to place a liquor order to a friend's address. I called them to try to resolve whatever issue they had, and without any additional information was told that they would have to review and it would take some time. Later, I got an e-mail that they chose not to reactivate my account. What? This is no way to do business.
Getting points for my take out orders was a nice perk, but their restaurant roster is limited compared to other services. If they are barring customers for no apparent reason, I give them a year or two tops before other services run these guys into the ground.

Out of control – this phrase is an understatement. And the amount of money you spend on a delivery rack up Delivery Points. You can purchase coupons for Delivery.com, a MacBook, and you can even donate to charity. I found my self adding an extra eggroll or two (Or five) just to bump that number up. What? I donated the points to the Boys and Girls Club.
Now after this I was sold, this would be my hub for my late night cravings, but my roommate came back almost in disgust. Not of my food orgy, but about my choice of delivery website. It's like the Game of Thrones, and I think seamless is the Red Witch. She lures you in with her mystical fire gazing, giving you the time-frames of deliveries, but she's evil.
Their estimates are way off. Their estimated delivery times are more like the estimated time it takes for the order to be placed. So you just have to monitor them and chat and call the restaurant to confirm orfer was placed.
Ordered dinner for grandson and myself to be deliver to hotel we were staying in. Gave address, as well as room number. Not only did delivery driver not update when he picked up to deliver, but delivered to wrong hotel, as well as leaving food outside the main hotel doors. Didn't even have enough sense to take it to front desk. After calling the toll free number and finding out food was delivered to wrong address, they didn't even apologize or make driver retrieve and deliver to correct hotel. Fortunately, my grandson was able to go to other hotel and get our food, although it was quite cold by then.
