For the first time in many orders from A-Z Darts, there was an issue. One pack of shafts was the wrong size. Contacted them and got a quick response. The replacements are probably going to be in my mailbox when I get home today.
The website and how fast the ship was great. I was really happy with the product I purchased. A set of harrows darts. Being excited about my purchase, I make a post on reddit thinking I'll just show off a little. Only what I got was being told that I paid almost double what I could have got for on UK website. Something about US retailers are known to be way overpriced. Thought I had a solid site to use but I paid 110 for darts that should have been 60. Lesson learned.
I have ordered items off of this site before. This time I noticed that the minimum shipping price was up 15 more dollars then the last time I ordered something. Also I paid $35 for over night and didn't get it till two days later. The worst part is standard shipping is almost $12 and that's for a 4 to 7 business's days. I spent $100 in total equipment which the free shipping is at $45 but the last time I did standard shipping it took well over two weeks to reach me. I like the site its very easy to navigate but the shipping is terrible. When ordered it said I would have my packages by 4:30pm. Then when I tracked my Package and seen that I would not be receiving them till a day or two later so I naturally contacted the website. The first email I got from them was telling me that it depended on my location for the time of delivery so almost saying I was in the wrong. It was not a great experience and they should not put certain times on there as it didn't apply to me so I over paid for a promise on them and got a $20 credit on the site when I spent with shipping almost $150 with them. Not to happy I will use a physical store or a different website from now on.
Love a-z darts, my only beef is that a lot of times they are out of popular items, so i have to order a different color, or different item entirely but that may just be me being impatient LOL

Fast shipping and great prices. Placed the order on 23 dec and arrived 27 dec. Shafts are as expected very well packaged and quality control at the warehouse is top notch at 3 stages.
Enough said! Customer for life here! Some things I am forced to buy from England due to lack of distribution here in the US, but I always check here first!

To know that I have 1,000 soft tips that will probably last a year for me. The flights will definitely be a big help that I can use for my out of town trips for tournaments!
When I asked about athe sensor sheets I received a Very fast responce and they were right even tho parts 4 Gran board 2 are dicontinued they told me these sheets would work. Delivery was super fast and my board works great now. My board outlasted 5 Viper boards from there cheap to there not so cheap boards, and the only problem I have had with GB2 is a sensor sheet ripped but I was able to get one 4 50 bucks and now im playing again thanks to A-Z darts. I would recomend GB2 and A-Z darts and gran board to anybody. Sorry about my spelling but im sure you all get what im trying to say.

A-Z Darts' web store is easy to navigate so I was able to find everything I was looking for quickly. Because A-Z Darts has an extensive inventory with several brands I was able to find nearly everything I was looking for in one place. The most impressive thing about A-Z darts is their turn around time. I placed my order on a Friday afternoon. To my surprise, my order was on my doorstep Monday morning. That is pretty amazing considering A-Z Darts is in California and I'm in northern New Hampshire.
To those who complain in their reviews on price compared to a UK site, good luck getting free shipping on your order, good luck getting your order in a timely manner, and I'll pay extra to a company on my own soil because I understand the retail business and the negative effect the so called "global economy" does to our economy.
When I can find what I'm looking for easily, receive it quickly, and it is priced competitively as compared to other online stores based in the U.S. as well as brick and mortar, I'm over-all happy with my experience with A-Z Darts and will definitely shop with them again.

If you don't find a particular product in the drop down lists on the left. Use the search function. I actually did find a particular dart that way that was not in the inventory list.

Ordered my Gran Board 3s package on Monday and received it on Friday. Wasn't expecting to receive it until the following week. I've ordered local stuff that took longer.
If I want it and A-Z has it, I get it expeditiously! The inventory is extensive and include items from US, Japanese and English brands. No one ships faster.
