Well I am still working on getting my site together. Albert and his staff have been very prompt in answering my request. I am working through learning how to use the software and my questions are being answered. I feel very close to seeing my dream of having my own website. From the start everything just seemed right. I have had a very bad experience with a company that took my money and never delivered on the service or the product. This is a new start for me and what I have experienced this far has me believing. Let me add my humble review of these russian scammers - software doesn't work, support is non-existent, and they spam many forums,... with their "5-star reviews of Abk":) So, if you want to buy their crappy SW, you can, but it's a huuuge waste of money.
I wish I could give it 5 negative stars. On the bright side some of it works the way it is supposed to. Their idea of tech support is to rccomend your hire someone from Freelancer.com to fix the things that don't work. The 3DCity which looks really cool only (supposedly) works on 32 bit versions of I. E. Very handy for people living in 3rd world countries though. Sometimes you can get a response from their tech support within a few days but don't expect it to be helpful. If you can get a pirated version of this software, don't waste your money. It would be worth it if they paid you to use it. Or if you are very good with HTML, PHP, etc then you might have a fully functioning site. But once you give them your money do not expect anything except empty promises. If they would support the program and if it did everything it was supposed to then it would be great. It would be cheap at 2x the price, but the way they are now it is a waste of money. I cannot warn you away from this software enough.

SO AWARE AWARE DONT BUY ABK -SOFT PRODUCTS THEY ARE FOOLS BIG PIG, IF THEY PROMIS ANYTHING DONT TRUST THEM BEC THEY DONT DO WHAT THEY SAY. IF YOU LOVE YOUR MONEY KEEP AWAY OR GO AHEAD. NO WAY TO GET MONEY BACK.

On November 6 2009 I purchased Buisness-Space a linkedin clone script from ABK-soft. I installed the software and it was exactly what I was looking for to expand my business resources. On Nov 7th I listed my first ticket on their support system because of an email confirmation issue with the software. I began to test all the features and discovered numerous problems. After approximately 4 days and absolutely no support I requested a refund. I was assured by Mikhail Cherkassky that the problems would be resolved immediately. I agreed and gave them 72 hours to fix the problem. Needless to say the response was short and not helpful and again I requested a status update. I waited another 48 hours with no response and demanded a refund. I was contacted by Gary Collar, I am not even sure that this person is a real person due to all the information that has been revealed on this company. I was not aware of the fact that ABK-soft is a Russian company until it was too late. ABK-soft has ripped me off for $697 and I hope that this information keeps others from being scammed by these THIEVES!
I purchased the software and as it's so cheap I was ok with other stuff being paid add on's, like security SMTP and pages for blog etc.
Anyway, I wanted to get the site/app ready and the last leg being, add the payment gateway so I was ready to promote the app.
I struggled to connect with Paypal and various others like stripe, I emailed through the ticket support centre they have for help, sending a screen shot to show I had followed their step by step guide. The reply was, take it up with Paypal. I thought OK?!
I spoke to Paypal, and shared the steps I had taken. The lady at Paypal was very helpful and said, the API code is missing, how can you connect? I thought about it, and thought yes... how can you connect with no API?
I went back to Chameleon also known as Web splosion and they said, share access with Paypal, share access with your site and that was it... helpful... Not?
I kept raising tickets for help, I kept getting links to the same step by step guide I had followed. No other help.
I wrote a review on Trust Pilot, they emailed instantly saying take it down, I said, when you have helped me, I will take it down. No help.
I looked into their reviews on Trust Pilot and the site called Flirthouse is them acting as a customer giving themselves a RAVING REVIEW. I registered with Flirthouse thinking, how have they got it all sorted, and they won't help me...? Flirthouse emailed me saying, thank you for registering and the email was CHAMELEON / WEBSPOLOSION. Tip for consumers:
Read all the review, checkout their social media pages first, check out LinkedIn. I wish I had checked LinkedIn first. Their LinkedIn page has not posts, no testimonial's, and each of the Directors has one follower and another has four followers.
