They won't give training, cause they will say we have trainer before you pay the money. After that they will say trainer is not available or trainer not able to teach specific version. It's been two months and they wasted my money and time and ready to give refund. Now they're saying refund is not part of their policy. Especially one sales guy named Pranav (*******991) and the branch manager Ajay (*******650) of Velachery branch. Those two guys will lie to you like anything. As a working professional, I had a very bad experience because of these fraudsters. More over I am from Bangalore and I can't go to Chennai to speak in-person.

It is a scam institute which takes money from students and does not provide any training nor any follow up. It also does not pay their trainers if in case training is done. One of the worst training institute or rather a SCAM institute

This is regarding my recent experience with ACTE Velachery branch,
I have Payed ******* rupees fee in singe payment on Jan 13 - 2022 for my spouse for Oracle sql & PL sql online mode of training.
Today's date is Feb - 6 -2022. Till now no trainer has been assigned for the course
And also they doesn't pick our call when we tried to reach them for explanation thinking they are very clever.
They just say Money cannot be refunded. Its our hard earned money from very poor background.
We have been cheated and it is very bad experience with this training institute.

These guys are *******% cheaters.

Do not give single rupee to them. They will be so nice to you during sale process. And as soon as you give them money then it's time to start wasting you time and Money. They will not price any classes.

I paid in Nov 2021 and it's March, I have had 3 trainers that left after a week because they had not paid them for other courses.

And each time I had to wait over a month for new tutor. And now they are not responding.

JUST RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Reviews are fake and Completely unprofessional and fake institute
They are very prompt till you pay the fees.
Once the fees is paid no trainer. Sometimes fake replies of no electricity
And also the replies from each member isnt connecting from other members.
Its a fake gang.

Then they say the receipt says no refund.

ACTE Chennai - is really fake company. They never pay to the trainers.

They have their fake reviews everywhere and they don't have head office in Bangalore and Chennai. If you are trainer, never join because you will loose your time and energy. They never pay to the trainers as they say they will give you payment after completion of course but they won't pay after that.

No response to any of my 40+ email chain, text message, calls. They say they will pay but slowly stop responding to emails & calls.

I am supposed to get my payment at month end and it's already now more that 3 months no response, no payment.

Please I request you to check this institute as many complaints are there for the same and please don't go with this fake ACTE as a student and as a teacher. For students also, they will take fees first and after that no calls & emails.

Don't waste your time & money.

I paid rs ******* for oracle clm training. The lady Kalai gave a receipt and after that no one picking my phone and no response from any one. They send fake emails and support numbers, but no one picks and talk to u. I am definitely file a criminal complaint on Kalai. She lied and she arranged a fake call with trainer Rajesh. I called these numbers many times and no one picks and talk.
I lost my money. Do not trust Acte.

I am waiting for my payment since a month. They keep on asking more & more time to pay but not a single penny is being paid.

I got enrolled into their Successfactors course and they changed my trainer thrice. Now, the trainer isnt conducting classes, the institute doesnt want to respond. My calls arent being answered and my texts never get replies. When they wanted me to pay fees, they called me back to back and now this is the situation. My strong advice, do not join this institute.

I paid ******* for SAP EDI and they provided a trainer for EDI and not SAP. Its been 5 weeks I paid money and attended only 5 classes since they did not provide any server access. Since I am not able to practice my trainer has stopped teaching me. In spite of 100's of messages and emails, no one is responding. Till I paid money they called me everyday and once I paid they doesn't even care to respond to my emails or messages.
THIS IS A FRAUD INSTITUTE!

I have taken Azure data factory course with them & they promises Moons & star while enrolling into their program while once i join they stopped picking up the calls even

They are a fraudulent company that does not pay it's trainers.
Do not ever agree to become a trainer with them. They will literally never pay you.

This is ravi. I was cheated by this institute. I need more evidence to register complaint. *******558 call this number to speak about the procedure.

They are scammers cheating people by taking their money in the name of training. I had worst experience!

This is Chennai is the best training institute for AWS certification. Throughout the entire course, I enjoyed that learning. They have separate trainers for each technology. Also, the institute helped me get a really good career. It is a good institute to learn the courses easily because the way of teaching is really good. Thanks. Finally, I am fully satisfied with the teaching at ACTE.

They are cheaters. The ghost you when it comes to payment. They are not responding to any emails or phone calls

They are fake, the moment you pay the fee they stop responding and answering the phone calls... do not trust them...

One of the worst managements and pass on the buck attitude office. They would call you back and forth for part time trainers to take for students and then they casually do not attend your calls or don't respond to mails and do not pay the salary what they have committed for. The worst person who speaks to initially who gives you false commitment is the Hr named Akshara who coolly says "" I work from Home and don't know what's happening in office" but you can join and they will pay on dot. All crap. The next I was asked to take in Tambaram branch and no one was there except a guys named Praveen who gives you all the good vibes that this is the best institute and finally vanishes away when your classes finish and will say the finance will speak to you and no one from finance will even call you.

Finally after abt continuous calls they give a number of Zahid of finance who acts in such a way that he doesnt know anything and will ask you " What they committed payment for classes. Ohh". And will have the same reactions whenever you call asking your name, centre details, student details and finally will say random dates where nothing happens.

All going through this after 3 mnths I go to Velachery head office and meet this all in all effect soul Prabhu who will say sir I have to speak to management, there was a human error which the HR committed to you on the package and wil not be told to the person on the date you take classes or in the middle or even after u run behind them for the salary committed. Until now the management and all the $#*! heads of that worst institute are still calling me... They have this easy answer whenever you call, he is on leave, or sir we will get back to you and I have successfully made 40 calls as of now and nothing paid for any class taken.

Please do not get attracted to courses here..
