So impressed that I bought a product which actually does what it's advertised to do. I've struggled with gut health and super inconsistent BMs my whole life. This beverage gives me a little boost of energy I usually never had in the morning and has made my gut work much more smoothly/consistently. I can still tell that I have some other issues to resolve, but having a healthier baseline is making it easier to identify what's getting my gut into trouble. The taste is quite bitter and nothing like apple cinnamon, however it's not gritty and most importantly there's no fake sugar aftertaste. I've found that after a while of drinking this every morning, the bitterness is less noticeable and my body/brain has created an association between the taste and feeling healthier. Even as a super taster, I was able to get used to the taste easily. I definitely recommend this product and am glad I found it.
My wife and I eat very well (little sugar, organic as much as is affordable, lots of fresh veggies and fruit) and BM's have never been a problem. My wife and I have been enjoying our Morning Complete to our smoothies for more than 2 years. Recently I lost my job and reordering was outside of the immediate budget. It was only tight for 1 month. That month taught me a great deal about how important Morning Complete is to us. The two things that are the most amazing and are clearly the result of using this product is the all day energy and less bags under the eyes. The all day energy is legit. My eyes pop open and I am alert and active for the entire day. I don't crave naps. It's tough to get a good nights sleep in Chicago. It's loud here. Anything that helps with the eye satchels is gold in my book!
Morning Complete is a smooth and gentile energy boost. I was a bummed to have to stop for a month. There was another time when I wasn't able to bring any with me on vacation where it was very wet and humid and keeping a powder dry and mixing would have been annoying. I wasn't "Jonesing". I didn't crave the product. I would recommend trying this product because it's gentile.
Morning Complete helps me drink less coffee. On the mornings that I have Morning Complete, I won't have a pick-me-up until later in the afternoon if necessary. I don't want or crave coffee or matcha, or tea or a sports drink for the majority of the day.

I ordered on 1/27/21. I have a screenshot showing I would RECEIVE product in 5-9 business days (Feb 4-10). It is now Feb 18 and still no product!
I called. Here is the list of excuses I was given:
1. Snow: snow didn't START until Feb 11 (nice try, but fail).
2. Out of stock: was in stock when I ordered. Did they lie?! Others have complained on this too!
3. COVID: COVID somehow affects their ability to do business. I can promise there are unemployed people who could do the job!
4: Trump: I was just waiting for the excuse it was Trump's fault!
They offered to refund my money and ship the product anyhow.
WHAT?! It STILL hasn't shipped?! It's Feb 18th!
I asked if they had received my money and if there was any delay in getting their greedy grubbing hands on my money!
NOPE, imagine that?! They got their grubby hands on my money immediately!
But, for me to get my money back is going to take 3-5 business days!

I needed to lose weight. I was feeling bleh and my husband felt it too if you know what I mean. I started by changing my diet and get at least 6000 steps a day (I know that's not a lot). I won't say that I was clean eating, but it was a lot better and smaller than what I was eating before. Ironically, it made me more constipated, despite drinking 2L of water daily. If I was lucky, I was going once a week, which was my "normal" before the diet change.
