The same day after drinking this im having nonstop diarrhea and vomiting. I say a hard pass for me for recommendations on this. I probably have to go to er. Been throwing up and vomiting for hours. Why is there no way to give 0 stars?

I drink it first thing in the morning with about 12 oz of water. I stir it for about 30 seconds and then just drink it all. It has a pleasant apple cinnamon flavor. I agree that the packaging is a little bazaar in that the tub is only half full but the contents weight is as advertised. The taste is subjective, some will love and some not; hardly something to write a bad review about. I have been using Morning Complete for approximately 3 weeks and do feel that I have seen some improvements in both energy levels and the ability to focus. It's a little early to comment on the weight loss effect and I will comment in due course.
