So impressed that I bought a product which actually does what it's advertised to do. I've struggled with gut health and super inconsistent BMs my whole life. This beverage gives me a little boost of energy I usually never had in the morning and has made my gut work much more smoothly/consistently. I can still tell that I have some other issues to resolve, but having a healthier baseline is making it easier to identify what's getting my gut into trouble. The taste is quite bitter and nothing like apple cinnamon, however it's not gritty and most importantly there's no fake sugar aftertaste. I've found that after a while of drinking this every morning, the bitterness is less noticeable and my body/brain has created an association between the taste and feeling healthier. Even as a super taster, I was able to get used to the taste easily. I definitely recommend this product and am glad I found it.
My wife and I eat very well (little sugar, organic as much as is affordable, lots of fresh veggies and fruit) and BM's have never been a problem. I ordered the Morning Complete after I saw advertisements for it online. I have daily constipation and bloating, and was hoping this product would help with both. I especially liked that it had probiotics AND prebiotics. It only made my problems worse! I have taken it for a month now, and don't think I can go on with it. I get terrible bloating (even stomach pain) and go to the bathroom even less than before. My husband, who has no problems with digestion or constipation, ended up being constipated as well! He said he will never touch it again (this made problems for him when there weren't any). I believe this product is a gimmick and a money grab. I don't know how anyone could stand behind a product that does not do what it says, and simply doesn't work! I also feel that many reviews (especially on the Activated You website, are either fake or paid... there is no way that it could have rated that high). Buyer beware!
Tip for consumers:
Buyer Beware that they do offer a refund after the 90 day period, but you have to pay for return shipping. This is not what I call a "full refund". It wasn't worth it for me to return it, as I am in Canada, and it would have cost too much.

I start my day with Morning Complete... It's all about balance and I have struggled to find this with my digestive system. Which was extremely frustrating as I am very educated about health and wellness... but still could not find my solution. I eat very healthy and supplement my body with vitamins and exercise yet still could not find the right balance for my microbiome. Resulting in inflammation, stomach upset and fatigue. I am always skeptical about anything like this, but I ran out of my Advanced Restorative probiotic, and I began to notice a difference. Amazingly, it was throughout my body, and included how my skin and hair even looked! I am such a believer, I only use Activatedyou products! I highly recommend this product, and all The Activaredyou products I have in my daily health routine.
I like the night time formula, the flavour is great, the powder mixes well, it's a little early to say anything about how well it works but I do think I'm falling asleep faster, would consider staying on it, though being from Canada, there aren't enough shipping options, I had to wait over a month for it to arrive.

This probiotic actually contains all the strains of a probiotic that I was looking for to be affective. I was having lots of constipation and probiotic pills weren't working so tried activated you. First off, it's def drinkable the taste is not bad. I pour water in 8oz glass and mix a scoop in and drink. Have a BM about 30 min later not like a lax. I've noticed more energy and less stress fersure! All in all, a good quality product with a reasonable price point.
