So impressed that I bought a product which actually does what it's advertised to do. I've struggled with gut health and super inconsistent BMs my whole life. This beverage gives me a little boost of energy I usually never had in the morning and has made my gut work much more smoothly/consistently. I can still tell that I have some other issues to resolve, but having a healthier baseline is making it easier to identify what's getting my gut into trouble. The taste is quite bitter and nothing like apple cinnamon, however it's not gritty and most importantly there's no fake sugar aftertaste. I've found that after a while of drinking this every morning, the bitterness is less noticeable and my body/brain has created an association between the taste and feeling healthier. Even as a super taster, I was able to get used to the taste easily. I definitely recommend this product and am glad I found it.

I take ActivatedYou every morning on an empty stomach. It makes me feel great. I have a lot of energy and feel healthy. I swim 1.5 - 2 hours every day and walk 5 or more miles a day and am never sick. Although I am 65 years old, people ask me for tips on how what they can do to keep up with me!

I love this stuff. I haven't been regular in years taking all kinds of fiber products and this is the first thing that works. And it taste alright. Not my favorite but doesn't make me gag or anything else. It might be better in a smoothie but I just add it to my water and down it quickly. It can't hurt to drink more water.
I noticed an improvement right from the start. I had been tired most of the time and took a lot of naps. I work the midnight shift 3-5 times a week as a non-medical care giver. I feel better, now, when I awake. I've usually been pretty regular and now I don't even have to think about it.

Tried this for almost 2 weeks. It gave me diarrhea and stomach cramps. At first I thought that it was probably just cleaning out my bowel movement but then I realized that the diarrhea hasn't subside. I've stop taking it for two days now and but I still have diarrhea. I hope it will subside soon. I can't even refund it either since it's pass the 90 days. Bought 3 bottles.

I tried this product for straight 6 months. The first few days, it was helpful to make me go but after that it actually made my bloating worse and did not help digestion at all! I kept using it as I had the supply and finally stopped after my bloating got even worse.
I would not recommend this product at all.

Product never arrived. Received a "successful" delivery confirmation. I was at home that day - nothing arrived, so I contacted ActivatedYou. This product is a joke! I keep gaining weight every day since I have been taking it! Literally 1 pound every few days! I've been taking it for almost 2 weeks. Horrible bowel movements, I look 7 months pregnant, and worse every morning I step on the scale I've gained more weight! I haven't eaten in 2 days a solid good yet I've gained two pounds in just a few days! In total, since taking this crap, I've gained 4 pounds in the past 1 and 1/2 weeks! I'm done! Waste of so much money!

I'm one of these people who are fine going only 2, maybe 3 times a week. However what ever medically magazine you read, it is highly suggested that one goes regularly and preferably once a day. I started drinking the MORNING COMPLETE and I'm on my way of regularity. So much better and I can feel how my body now can release everything more easily.

I've tried many supplements, so I was somewhat skeptical about Morning Complete. I'm amazed to say, the very first day I noticed a difference in my sense of well-being. The taste of the product is pretty blah, but I mix it into my morning shake so I don't taste a difference one way or the other. It does keep me more alert and awake during the day, great sleep at night. If anything I have less gas and bloating than before. I have LESS junkfood cravings which is a real plus. I think it probably depends on what else you eat to what sort of response you get from your body. I am whole foods plant based MOST of the time, sometimes leaning to junk-food vegan.
