I ordered a part 12 days ago, they charged my card, but it's listed as 'awaiting fulfillment'. No answer to my e-mail or the website contact, can't talk to a person on the phone - it says they are experiencing a high volume of calls and to e-mail them. It's not a very big purchase ($68) but still! (Williams Furnace Parts)
I ordered some A/C parts for $410. They charged by credit card and said it was being shipped by UPS, BUT they never gave me a UPS tracking #. After 3 weeks, I have still not received my order. I have emailed them, but they never respond. I have called them 4-5 times a day, but no one ever answers the phone and returns my phone messages. I believe this may be a fraudulent web site. I have contacted my credit card company. They have a 2nd wed site www.acfilterreplacement.com/
With the same phone number. *******942. I plan on contacting the police.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, I ordered over $500 uv light and never received a tracking number, email nothing. Called and no answer ever.
