I recently ordered a bunch of parts from adept. I got on line and noticed they didn't have that good of reviews so i decided to leave one. I placed my order and my parts came in the mail 5 days later. What more could you ask for?
Terrible company plays the low price game, then jacks the price up after you buy, delays returning your money after you cancel, you have to file a protest with your card just to get your money back, then they "blocked as spam" really who cares, fake company
Wouldn't recommend this pos company to anyone for parts. Very unprofessional and rude. Asked for a refund and to cancel an order cause I found it local and can get in a couple days instead of 2 weeks. Read the response I got

They may accept your return at their discretion and charge a 20% restocking fee and sell those same parts to the next unsuspecting online shopper.

I ordered a Splash Guard part on 9/2/21 that they said was on back order. I waited a year.
The price when placed order was 48$. After a year I saw they had it now for 130$ but showed still back ordered. When emailed to ask why the other items were shipped w delivery charge but this item cancelled.
Long shipping time, they sent me a defective part and wouldn't help with return or warranty of the part and then accused me of making threats when I tried to get more information about how to contact the manufacturer for warranty information. Will not buy from again.

This place is a joke. Never notified when parts were backordered like the site says. Asked about expedited shipping and took a few emails to get an answer about it just kept telling me they would ship out today or tomorrow. When they finally answered I was told they don't offer expedited shipping. Pretty sure fed ex offers it and I was willing to pay the extra up front since it took 2 weeks to send my order when most was ready to ship. Was told it would ship for almost a week. Great full to be done with them. Would definitely advise anyone to stay away unless you don't mind rude condescending people and waiting weeks for parts.

My ship date was last week that never happened. I went to cancel my order after the items didn't ship and the customer service rep informs me that I will be charged a 20% restocking fee if I would cancel the order that has not yet shipped. Adept doesn't even list an updated ship date for my $370.000 order. I have a motorsports repair shop where my customer wants their jet ski back on the water which makes me look bad. This is the first time I ordered from this company and will be my last. Stay clear from this company. Their making alot of profit charging their customers 20% when they finally give up getting their parts and have to cancel to recover some of their money.

Absolute garbage tier company. Do not trust them with your money. When and if they get around to shipping your order (Do not email them, they will chastise you) you better hope it is perfect because if there is anything wrong they will pretty much just stop answering emails, not before degrading you of course.
The bad reviews that are posted are exactly what happened to me. I tried to cancel the order after 2 weeks and they wanted to charge me 20% restocking fee on parts they didn't even have in stock. When I questioned this practice they were rude in their reply. 3 days later I received an email that my part has shipped but when I tried to track it, they had just printed a label and usps still hadn't received it to mail. It's just shady business practices and damn close to illegal. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these folks.

Looking for someone with part in stock to avoid wait time. They advertised part as "in stock" said it right under part on order page. When they sent email that it would be 5 days before shipping I realized it wasn't in stock. Emailed to cancel and was told there was a 20% restocking fee for " special order parts". I messaged back they showed in stock, no special order and nowhere during the order process did their website say anything about restocking fees. They became very rude and obnoxious told me it was not a negotiation and get over it. Very dishonest website and business practices. Stay far, far away!

They're response to me asking about shipping: "We have canceled your order. Our "verbiage" is plain English. You are simply trying to read into it something that's not there.
Our website says "Ships within 4 to 6 business days" before you order this particular item. Let us know what part of that plain English that is confusing you. We'd love to somehow explain it, but these are plain words, like "ships" means "ships", "4" means "4", "business days" mean "business days"

Adept Powersports wants you to believe they have product in stock at a low price. They don't! They are a back alley 3rd part reseller who will take your money freely but will fight you if you ask for your money back when they cant deliver. Shady company!

Ordered parts for my snowmobile. Wasnt notified until a week later that certain parts are on back order and they never had them in stock but sold them anyway. The other parts they had were never shipped and i canceled the whole order...poof 20% restocking fee!
Costomer service representative basically told me snowmobiles are such a small market why would we bother or even make an effort to deal with them.
Very poor company in my opinion!

After getting the runaround from Partzilla kept getting the availability date pushed back. I got frustrated and looked around for another place to order the parts I needed. I found Adeptpowersports the site said the parts I needed were in stock this was on 4/4. Later that night I got the email that the parts were shipped.

I thought I ordered a part that came as a set. When I emailed inquiring about only 1 part arriving, and if they could please send the second piece, I received a nasty response of They had no idea "where I got the idea the package was supposed to contain 2 items" and proceeded to berate that no where does it specifically say the parts came as a pair and if I wanted another one I would have to order another one.

Why would you accuse us of providing the "wrong tracking number". The tracking number we sent you is correct. And why "so long"? This wasn't long at all! You are lucky you got a backorder so fast from Yamaha. Our website clearly said Yamaha - PLANE BEARING, CONNECTING ROD, Part # 6JD-*******-00-00 was on backorder when you placed the order. So why would you be frustrated now? Because you didn't look at what you are purchasing? Maybe you are just frustrated with yourself. What's really frustrating is random customers talking out of their $#*! making nutty accusations.

However since you added the UNI - Multi-Stage Competition Air Filter to the order, and they both were not available in the same warehouse unfortunately, it is taking longer than if you ordered these 2 items separately. So the order should ship out on Monday or we can cancel it, 20% restocking fee applies - we sent you a link to our policy, when you check out, it clearly says that you agree to our policies by placing the order (wonder why you didn't screenshot that - you seem to like screenshots). Just let us know what you want to do - have the order shipped or cancel - this is not a negotiation, not sure why you are making it one.
Also a word of advice - when you are contacting customer service on any website, there is absolutely no need to waste your time making screenshots of that website. We can *******% guarantee that not only do the people working for that website have web browsers and can simply look at the page, they have also seen it all before and don't need a picture of the website.

After cancelling and order on Partzilla that said my oil change washers were out of stock and there was no ETA, I called Adept Power Sports and they said Kawasaki had them in stock and they would order them for me. I received them quickly
