I recently ordered a bunch of parts from adept. I got on line and noticed they didn't have that good of reviews so i decided to leave one. I placed my order and my parts came in the mail 5 days later. What more could you ask for?
Terrible company plays the low price game, then jacks the price up after you buy, delays returning your money after you cancel, you have to file a protest with your card just to get your money back, then they "blocked as spam" really who cares, fake company
First time ordering. Great service great shift time nothing to complain about. Ordered a OEM seat for a 2000 Polaris Expedition 425. Product came as they specified.

I ordered some clutches that they said was in shock and will ship for 1-2 business days price was good so i ordered them. I called the same day to ask questions about them because they didn't have a description about the parts. I should have known then that something wasn't right with these people but she told me and i ask her how long before it shipped. She responded with 1-2 days by day 3 i called back they would answer the phone then call me back and when i answered the phone she hung up. I called back and then she answer the phone like i did something wrong for calling she was rude nasty talking to me like i didn't spend money with them. I have never expected a company to talk to me like this then she hung the phone up in my face. I called back and ask for my money back then she told me wait on it. Hello if your not sending my parts why hold my money and then want take some of it because you treated me like trash. I will never recommend no one to deal with this company they are thefts.
I asked very nice about when my items would ship. I got a very ignorant answer. I said I would no longer purchase from their site. I got the most rude email in return. Stating that my business is not needed as they have survived 10 years doing things. Also the only item I cancelled was a back ordered item. I still ordered all the rest. Here is their exact email.
What are we going to do without that order - may as well just shut our doors after 10+ years in business without your order now.
That's ok - we prefer you just order somewhere else - because we aren't really looking for customers who waste so much of our time and then end up canceling half their order anyway. It's not worth it to us and not having customers like that, only helps our business.
99.9% of our customers just order and we fill their order never even exchanging a single email. Those are the customers any business wants. Not the ones that send 10 emails making you jump through hoops for them and in the end it's just a loss (even with that $18). We can assure you no one will "enjoy" it - you must think you are our only customer and $18 is our entire profit for the year. Customers like you are truly funny to us with your tiny minds. All sound exactly the same - like children.

They lie about when they ship and the email responses are so rude I cannot believe they are in business.
When I asked about shipping Adeptpowersports.com lied and said it was shipped. I used the tracking and can see they created a shipping label at 2:40am and it was not shipped!

I waited several months for parts then was given an eta of 7/31 when I asked what the status was on the order in mid September the customer service rep proceeded to be sarcastic and insulting like I had been rude. I explained I am a CS Director and can't understand why he would act that way, sorry you are unhappy in your job and refuse to log back orders in a spreadsheet and he proceeded to basically call me a liar LOL amazing! I've had a lot of mean customers in my 20 years of CS but never have I acted like this.
He said,
"Hi. We are not asking for your feedback on how we answer emails. Everyone is a customer service director, the best mechanic when they argue about the part they bought, a web designer when they have an issue on the website, etc. We heard it all. We really don't need any help. Childish tantrum (i. E. "you are mean to me so I am going to take all my toys and go"), we'll just let you know the following.

Guess what... apparently we've figured out a way to deal with customers who have childish tantrums and waste our time. The restocking fee won't cover the wasted time on this order, but it's a start. This wasn't done by using an "excel sheet", just from years of experience."
Guess he won't need my business and we work with Yamaha dealers all over... oops your bad buddy.

Ordered a couple parts from their website because it said it was in stock. I ordered 2 parts because it said they had them both. A week later, no shipping info or emails. Checked back to find they didn't have the part. I requested they send the part they did have and then send the other part when they recieved it. They wanted another $12 to ship the parts separately. Even though their website showed it as in stock and it would be 3 months before they got it. Told them I just wanted to cancel the order all together and I would get it from another company and they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee on a part they didn't even have. After debating with the most rude person I have ever spoken with I ended the phone call and had to recieve my parts for 3 months. By far one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of ordering through. I will never order so much as a bolt from these scumbags ever again.something about a company that doesn't accept responsibility for its own screw ups. I was more than willing to work out something other than charging me more money to get my parts I ordered on a timely manner but this company doesn't care once they have your money. BUYER BEWARE. I wish inwould have seen the reviews before ordering. Would have saved me a lot of time and headache.
In a world of walmart and amazon, this guy's niche is ripping you off for 20% of your order. Buyer beware

Absolutely terrible place! "My order didnt process" according to them because my billing and mailing address werent the same but the money came off my credit card. Then they said they were refunding me... well how can you refund someone when the charge supposidly didnt go through. Then i said i am half tempted to take my buisness else where. There respones was "you should give into your temptation" LIKE REALLY! I said arent you trying to run a business and this is the response i got...
