I wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order with AdeptPowerSports.com. What a ugly way to do business. I cancelled an order when they notified me the part was backordered for a month. I immediately got a nasty email back from their Customer Support lecturing me on being impatient and a sarcastic 'You are welcome to start the wait over somewhere else!'. What low lifes. I liked their website, but... won't be doing business with them in the future.

Apparently there are many other customers who had the same experience as I did. Customer Service is handled at this company by someone who gets away with nasty replies to customer requests. It would be laughable if it weren't so ugly.

This site is the absolute worst I have ever dealt with, and this is coming from someone who spent half his life in a third world country. Their website shows items in stock when they are not. If one of your items is not in stock, they will back order it, and if you attempt to cancel due to waiting a week with nothing being shipped out, they will charge you a 20% restocking fee. If you complain, their customer service will literally insult you. Examples: "we never offered overnight shipping when you ordered (did you think it was an "oversight" for us not to offer that? I mean use just a tiny bit of logic". "If you send another dumb email like that you will be blocked from emailing us.". If you need Parts fast, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Hate to beat a dead horse with the customer service, but these people are the worse. Advertise a part that they know they don't have in stock, then when you try and cancel the order because the out of stock part effects the other part ordered, they charge a 20% restocking fee. Then when you question them, they attack you like a 12 year old boy who just had his toy taken from him. Maybe try talking to a customer to see how you can resolve an issue instead of going off like someone off their meds. Steer clear!

Originally, I sent an email asking about when parts will deliver because it had been two weeks and the website send it would take to 2-5 business days to ship and I seen zero tracking info. The responds were incredible... it accused me of having langue barriers and I asked who I was talking too, the response back was that it didn't matter, and I put a blocked list.

This is the worst pos company I've ever dealt with. Tried blaming us for there shipping issue and became a$$holes instantly. Someone needs to slap whoever is in charges fat a$$ around a bit. Doooo NOT use this one ignorant inbreed company. They take forever to ship it. Then when they ship it to the wrong address they says it because of something you put in the wrong line or some crap. But the numbers and address even shows on there worthless site it was right. Get all ignorant about it and everything. Believe ALL the negative comments with these jokers.
Customer service is horrible and very rude as well definitely not how you should treat customers. I would recommend anyone looking to buy parts for anything shop else where. They also will cancel your order and send you an email telling you they did so. Just cause the last order I placed I told them they have horrible customer service and there shipping is terrible and took two weeks and yes that's business days but yes they canceled my order because I guess they got offended over my last review and on top of that then they will block you and send you to the spam folder so you can't even respond after being very rude and unprofessional to you. Definitely stay away from this company. Same oem products are available elsewhere for same price or cheaper and can get them a lot faster too.

I started by inquiring about 1 part.
I was asked to explain what reason I felt the need to email.
I explained I've never bought from them, and I wanted clarification on what their website claims.
There were several exchanges, I was very nice until I decided to talk to their rep the way he repeatedly talked to me.
Customer Service would be negative 5 stars if that was possible. Horrible, horrid, belittling, insulting, smug, and just plain rotten. The most inept customer service rep I've encountered to date., I knew I would never do business with this place 1/2 way through the initial response.
I don't understand any negative reviews about Adept Powersports.This is the best source for OEM parts at the best prices. They always come through for me. Thanks to you all for your hard work supplying guys like me much needed parts.You are truly appreciated.
An order was taking 8 days to process and needed the part faster. Ended up ordering from Amazon and got the part in hand within 2 days but this was the email I received back:
"We don't have a "huge parts department" - all we do is parts, that's the only department there is. Any place you order this will take just as long.
You can canel from order history, within 15 minutes of placing the order. In fact according to our policy, if you don't cancel within an hour, a 20% restocking fee applies to special order items. Which should have applied to you, but we were too nice and waived that - clearly that was a mistake because you are an $#*!
Your email address is blocked as Spam. Don't try to order from us in the future."
Lol, Calling customers "$#*!s" is "superb personal customer service" and "Any place you order this will take just as long." WRONG it is called AMAZON

And when you do ask to cancel they go directly into point out irrelevant information on their policies that do not apply to the situation, such as when the part ships vs. actual information that is missing such as this part is special order. If you email them they get defensive and argumentative. Avoid and take your money elsewhere like BikeBandit, Revzilla or any of their competitors."

I was trying to find a cylinder for 2000 CR125, which are expensive and hard to come by. Their website showed that it was in stock. I was skeptical so I emailed asking if they could guarantee the part was in stock and how long shipping would be. The reply I received was "Nothing in life is 100%". Pretty unprofessional, in my opinion. So, when someone responds to me like that, I will buy elsewhere and make sure other people are aware of how they treat potential customers.

I mean. I understand there are shipping problems throughout. But this company is the worst. They advertise 4-6 business days, when I inquired about shipping my item on the 6th day, I received a very snooty email from customer service. Eleven days later and USPS tracking shows a label created but not shipped. If I ever get my item, rest assured, I WILL NOT order from this company again. If you need an item quickly... pay extra and find some other company not in California!

Customer support claims they never received a return request and refuse to accept unopened/unused parts for return. After ordering parts that ended up not being needed, a return request was made from their "Online Returns Center". After sending a a follow-up email, after not hearing back, they rudely responded and said they did not receive anything and would not accept a return. This is not the first time I and others I know have had issues with their customer service.
The worst, and I will happily take my business back to other sites for OEM parts, such as bikebandit.com or partzilla.

My rear break light cable became locked up, and I couldn't find exactly what i was looking for. Shopped around for about an hour and couldn't find anything. Came across Adept powersports and found the exact cable I needed. Brand new oem part for my 30 year old Suzuki. I couldn't believe it. I ordered it right away. I started tearing into the bike before the part came and took off the clutch case. That caused a leak. So I tried the website again, and with my luck I found the seal I needed brand new oem! I would 100% recommend this company to anyone with an older bike or quad that wants oem parts because more than likely, Adept power sports has it. Due to the fact that my bike is older, I can guarantee I'll be back!
As one of the cheapest online OEM parts suppliers, I've used adept several times and The closest thing to an issue was when their website says it's in stock but it's really not, but it wasn't in stock anywhere so I figured that was a typo. They gave a time estimate after my order, and it was delivered ahead of schedule.
I couldn't be happier with my transaction.
