Placed an order on line no confirmation since I didn't get order confirmation number can't access order info. No one to talk to leave messages only on a machine. One week no response no shipping email either. If you do enough research you find it is connected to a CHINESE COMPANY. Which explained why delivery takes longer than normal. I can bet that those positives reviews are fake.
I will stop payment on my credit card until I get some feedback. This is typical dealing with Chinese provided business. They have no responsibility for customer service. And I still haven't heard or receives my item

I am very happy with my shopping experience at Ador. I found this store through Instagram and really liked the clothes. I am buying a dress for my mom. I contacted customer service several times because I had a few questions. Everyone was very helpful and responded to emails quickly. When I decided to make a purchase, my order was shipped the same day. I live in Poland, and the store is in the USA. Despite the time difference, I received responses very quickly. It was a very pleasant experience. I hope this won't be my last purchase from this store.

Answer: I don't believe companies in China have an understanding of customer service. It's a difficult lesson to learn.
Answer: VERY DIFFICULT --- they don't have email and their sytem for service tickets doesn't work.
Answer: Placing an order is not the issue. Contacting their customer service to get resolution to a problem is. They don't have email. They ask that you send a service ticket, but that system does not work.
