Cheap, long shipping, damaged items

Just as the title says. Steer clear of this company with bad business practices, I should've known better honestly. Shipping was a laughing stock to the point my bank voided the transaction. Product came 1 1/2 months late, not to mention damaged. Cheap, flimsy, poor quality, hoping it will survive. The only good thing they did is ship out some glass to replace the broken one. Seriously, keep it moving- don't waste your money or time.

Terrible!
July 18, 2021

Waiting over two months for my item, had to send them multiple emails asking where it is. Then when it finally arrived it was so small and cheap I was so upset. Worst Father's Day gift ever. Would NEVER purchase from again.

Don't buy from this company it's a scam. I made this purchase on May 8th, 2024 for a Mother's day gift, as of June 4th we still have not received it. The next step is to file a complaint with the BBB.

Horrible Customer Service

Zero stars! 100% dissatisfied and they won't provide a refund. I purchased two items for expedited shipping. It has been two months and still nothing, none of the items I've ordered have been received! I've been reaching out to the customer non-service since Jan 5th for order updates and they give me the tracking in China and it shows miles away from me and they tell me to check my local USPS and gives me the general USPS phone number! What a joke! Never use this site again.

WORST COMPANT EVER!

I ordered this for my brother and husband and still haven't received the product! It's been stuck in New York for weeks. I want my money back and Lisa refuses to give me my money back! I spent $116. Save your money and go some where else. It's say customer satisfaction guaranteed! That's a big lie! Lie on safe secure delivery. Cause it never got to my home!

Disappointed

Ordered a photo bracelet for 10yr anniversary. Did not receive expedited as paid for. When I did receive it the picture inside is extremely scratched. I was asked for pictures to send in order to get refund. Really? You'd have to break it. When I try to log in to start return it states I am using spam email. Pretty bracelet but useless. Will not and recommend no future purchases.

Update: Very satisfied with how things were handled and my kids loved their bracelets! Impressed with the quality and workmanship of everything. Thank you so much! One very satisfied customer here. Will not hesitate to make future purchases

Apparently my order didn't go through when I first placed my order. Now it's asking for payment again even though I already paid...have receipt and it was taken out of my account. I was really hoping this was going to get to where I want e d to send it by or at least near Mother's Day. And now I am completely broke bc it has now charged my card a second time. Please someone make this right. I need my money back as now its over 300$ that I have paid when it was only supposed to be around 190$ Please please I need someone who can help. Still waiting to get a reply on the email I sent you in regards to this issue. Hope to hear something soon. Thank you. If issues get resolved I will gladly give a 5 star review

I had a good experience so far. The only thing I'd wish for would be an edit button to the items in the cart. And if there is one I couldn't find it. All I saw was the and because of that it took me way longer than it should have. So excited for my family to get everything. It is a surprise for all of them!

I paid extra for expedited delivery. Ordered on 5/8 and didn't receive until 6/3. The pots were much smaller than I thought they would be. Purchased as Mother's Day gifts and very disappointed in the delay and communication.

Great customer service

I ordered my husband a bracelet for Father's Day. Although the bracelet was not properly made the first time they were quick to respond and send me a proper bracelet no questions asked. Accidents happen and this company took responsibility and made it right. Wonderful product Wonderful customer service.

Very helpful and professional with all silly questions I had. A friend had recently received a beautiful plant pot that was customized. I had to have one of my own. I emailed and asked for the exact same product. My prayers were answered and I received the same item. Thank you Adorlla for your services and passion for all the items you provide.
