Checking out was difficult, kept having errors, wouldn't and never did accept my promo code, never did it say the free shipping would take over a month! We're over a month since I purchased and still no product!

Do not order with them

I placed an order for a personalised arm chain, it broke apart the moment I held it to try it on.
There is no reply from them, they take your money and run it's disgusting. They are thieves do not purchase from them.

If I could give a negative rating I would, please save your money purchase somewhere else, £37 down the drain.

I ordered a U.S. map made of wood and cork board to track all our adventures we have. When he opened it for our anniversary, the cork was separating from the wood. I sent customer service photos and they offered me $14.14 refund for my $75 purchase. I have emailed about 6 times asking to speak with a manger and they offered $22 refund. I am insulted and unsatisfied. Be warned. I will take my business to Amazon everyday with the return policy they have.

I ordered a Father's Day gift for my husband. 50$ down the drain. It was pressed wood, not good quality. The colors were dark and not bright as advertised. The names of my children were barely legible. They offered a 30% refund and coupon. I told them to keep the coupon and just give me whatever refund they will give me. They have great customer service and were very helpful. I do not recommend their products after my purchase.

I would give a zero if I could. Ordered in November 2022, it is now February 7,2023 and still nothing. Frequent emails stating your order is in " production, be patient". Today, we are told your item is out of stock, please choose another item. Are they crazy, refund my money. Don't ever buy from this company= you were warned.

I ordered a Mother's Day gift on may 6. It's June 16 and I still haven't received it. I received messages saying it is bc they are overwhelmed with orders. It has shipped multiple times. Even after I cancelled the order nearly a dozen times. They never canceled it and just kept telling me 1-2 more weeks. Every week they did this. Now today I get a shipping notification. It's coming internationally. I am extremely unhappy with their service and will be going after them in a legal manner to get my money back if they do not refund it on their own at this point. This is by far, some of the worse customer service I've ever experienced. A really crappy business.

I'm disappointed that I paid a lot extra for 3 day shipping and it took me a few weeks to actually get them even once they had been shipped already. However, my boyfriend really liked them so I am happy about that.

The last minute cost adds were pretty shady. Upwelling 20 for a usb enabled light feels like bad practice.

Not to mention, I didn't actually get the product I ordered. Or any product. Nothing was received.

Extremely disappointed. I paid extra for expedited processing, and it took over 4 weeks for the item to be delivered. The item was described as hand-crafted and personalized. When in fact, it was made with stickers. Customer service responded to my concerns with the extended delivery time but kept asking me to wait another 3-5 days. They promised a $8 refund to make up for the delay, but they never followed through. Lots of false promises here...be cautious.

I put an offer in at the start of April, was told it would be available in 18 calendar days. 2 months later and several follow up emails later, I'm told that it will be an additional 2 weeks because mother's day backed then up. The only problem is mother's day was over a month after I initially put in the order. The excuses next keep coming

Total Misrepresention

Bought a cross necklace which was suppose to have a photo of my love one that I download for them. First the cross was so small and cheap looking. Then I need a magnifying glass to look for the photo which was NOT in the stone as paid for and promised. Bottom line: they lied and cheated me our of my money for some JUNK!

The items ordered were not as described. One item was damaged, the others were frames and the opening is a small thumbnail opening which you won't even be able to see the pictures. It took over a month to receive items and now I've been trying to get a refund for the last three weeks and they will not email me to tell me how to get a refund or give me one!

Shipping was very slow, way too late for Christmas. Item did not match photos of the bracelet, the photo showed large charms (shown on model), but the actual bracelet has small cheap looking charms, the engraving was different size fonts from one charm to the others, and one name way off center. Definitely disappointed.
