“ADT customer service is horrible”

One month, and hours of calling and getting hung up on, I was told (by Ms. Maxwell, also helpful) to call and ask for the Account management Team to get results. I called and was connected to Kiana who was the kindest most helpful person ever. She was able to resolve a problem I had with two cameras that stopped working and no longer had any support. She took the time to make sure all my concerns were answered and taken care of. Than you Kiana for being the customer service specialist we all wish to talk to. Brian

“34 year customer”

We have been with ADT for over 34 years. We are a retired couple on a fixed income. I recently installed an alarm system to try and save some money. I called to cancel, and they say I am under contract until June of next year and that we owe close to $300. Last time was talked to ADT we thought we were month to month contract. I talked to several people in billing, and none of them said they could do anything to forgive the charge. In the last 34 years, we've paid ADT over $20,000. I am amazed at how heartless this company is. I would strongly recommend using a different company when it comes to security.

Bad customer service I been on phone with them since 930am I don't recommend adt bad Customer service I talk to 5 different people

ADT are modern days theives with the business practices of a predatory lender. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY... RUN AWAY

So adt gets you into a contract once they do that they find ways to keep locking you into a contract I moved found out once I moved I couldn't take any of the equipment with me it was only good for that address then they sold me another system and made me do another contract or pay to get out of the other contract then I've been trying to get out of their contract for her for over two years now and haven't been able to so I took all their equipment out of my house and I'm still paying monthly because they want me to pay them a lump sum I haven't even used equipment in six months and now I have a hard time canceling I keep calling and they keep telling me I have to call back another day now I called today which is a Saturday now. They said they can't cancel contracts on the weekends that I need to call at 8 AM in the morning if I wanna get through otherwise I won't get through when I call and push the one for them to call me back they never do and every time I call and say I'm having a problem with my system they say it doesn't show that you've ever called so today when I called they asked me is your system connected? I said no hasn't been for six months well your best bet is to call 8 AM well that doesn't work for people that work. We can't always just call at 8 AM to them at their convenience. However, good luck ever trying to get out of a contract because they find a way to re-contract you Every time you try to cancel the ADT blue is a joke doesn't work at all waste of money and nobody will fix the problems. I would never recommend adt unless you want a lifelong commitment with them. I would give it no stars if I could

ADT IS 4 HOURS LATE FOR AN INSTALLATION. THEY KEEP TELLING ME ANY MINUTE FOR OVER 4 HOURS- RUN RUN- THEY LIE LIKE SCUM
