AFF is working a lot better than it used to. I think top sex sites like hookuphangout or flirt have raised the bar so the golden oldies have no choice but to bring their A game'. I for one welcome this development, its about time us horny singles got a good deal. It's finally a buyers market, so screw the time wasting sites!
The ratio of men to women and couples must be about 50:1 so don't expect wonders. Spend at least half an hour looking at other profiles and spend another half an hour composing your own profile. It is worth the time. Most profiles are inadequate and far too brief so no suprise why they never hookup with anyone. IMHO don't waste your time on other hookup sites than Aff or CasualDating4u. Most of them are simply useless.
Despite seeing a few web pages that claim this is as legit as it gets, it's still a poor page. The layout is fine and manageable. I had to call customer service to fix an email issue that was my fault and they took care of it quickly. Once I had a profile set up, the problems started. I have received 50 messages the first day, 49 from a woman probably well out of my league claiming they are "in my area for work" and of course they need sex. I tried to hang on for a few days because I did see some promising profiles but they were old. It's not worth the trouble and definitely not worth the money.
Been a while, but i got in plenty of trouble, on that site. Mostly dude's wives on there.
If you're good looking & have a personality, it works fine.

Men should pay for a membership in order to use the whole functionality but it is sure worth it. Been an AFF member for six months. If u know how to communicate and if you are decent looking you will do fine although imo 50% of the female users are time wasters. Works the same way on Casualdating4u. Been a member on here for almost two months and if you work on your communication skills you will also do fine. Both sites will get you laid sooner or later.
I've been using a few of these sites since I split with my fiance but mostly hookuphangout (really good if you havent tried it). My work mate mentioned he'd heard a lot of stuff about adult friend finder so I figured it was worth a bash. Its busy like HH but im just not getting as many replies as im used to. It's not that its expensive but when you have a few memberships going at once you have to chop and change to get the best results for your money so im going to give it another month and see where I am then. It's got a lot going for it dont get me wrong, if I could get more replies it would bump my rating up easily.
Worst customer service I have ever experience. I have been waiting two weeks for a phone call back to tell me why my account has been blocked. I have called several times and every time I get the same answer "someone will call you back" Two weeks later still no phone call or explanation. The site itself is a great site, but clearly they have not properly trained the staff to take care of the customers.
This is the worst adult website I have been on dislike so much is always locking up it freezes up it will kick you off the messenger sometimes works over 75% of the people on here are fake profiles and every time they do an update it gets $#*!ing worse each time do not buy a membership is not worth the money
If you can get past the hundreds of thousands of fake accounts, then you run in to the problem of search not pulling up viable candidates. The site seems to have been slapped together by disgruntled Junior High school students being forced to do a mid term project to pass. If you want your private pictures to become available to internet hackers, and traders, then this is the site for you.
I would say this site is a good choice IMO if you are looking for NSA dating/ flings and is actually a lot better than iI expected it to be. You have to pay to use all of the features (in fact you have to pay to use the all main things, only searching is free if I remember right) but then thats the same with most of the top sex dating sites e. G Hookuphangout.com etc. So after you pay you get to send messages and read them as well, pretty vital, but its not expensive at all and you can get it cheaper if you take a longer option like 3 months or 6 months or whatever. Ive had some good nights because of this site and generally prefer it to a lot of the other sites out there so if you're reading this because your not sure then id say go for it but top tip is to make sure your check how many girls are in your area before you pay. I have tried this in the past with limited success. Recently, I received an email from the founder ( a PhD type) who had repurchased the company, was coming back into management and promised improvements. I will wait a bit and try them again.
The site is a scam. They will close your account for reasons such as "violation of terms of use" and never send an email with the terms of use so you can find out what you did that was wrong. They will send notification from interested members to your email, but no emails to tell you that your account was closed or why. They do not refund your money either. If you pay $245 for a year membership, they will not give it back. My account was closed while it was being reviewed for approval. I got only three days of limited use before they closed it and took my money. The phone support is rude and unhelpful. They claim you can not get information about your account without a court order. So, you have no recourse to complain about their predatory policies.
I've been a member of this site since 2004 and as with other sites, it has its ups and downs. There are a lot of average looking guys who are seeking beauty queens, but there are also many realistic people looking for normal/natural, looking partners. I'm on different sites and AFF is one of the best.

All those guys leaving bad reviews are most likely guys who believe every message they receive is real. Sure there are fake profiles on AFF but it is not impossible to spot them. Just use your common sense! I've hooked up with some girls I met on AFF and CasualDating4u.com so I know how the game works. On the other hand I have used other sites as well to see the difference between good and bad sites. And AFF is one of the better sites.
False advertisment, very misleading in their attempt to charge you for your "Free Tour". You give your bank card number for age purposes. And all along they imply and actually state that your card will not be charged.
I've been charged $101.88 for a free tour; and charged four different times.

Would not waste your time or money with this site. More than half of the female profiles are fake scams. They are not even smart enough to make sure the fake profiles created match the fake pictures posted with respect to size, race, age etc. When I first joined my mailbox was flush with emails from fake profiles. When my membership was about to end I was deluged with more emails from fake profiles. The site does nothing to remove these profiles that are reported by many probably because if they did their membership would be one tenth of what is actually reported.
I'm being a lil' more generous thank usual with this as I hookup up with a girl recently, but aside from that it's a bit meh. To think I only gave hookuphangout.com an 8/ 10 when I wrote a review for that & ive had more sex through that site than any other! But as I say feeling generous today so AFF gets 7.5, no more & no less.
