Offers great quality clothing for affordable prices. Website is easy to navigate. Online deals are offered routinely. Shipping is fast and hassle free. Clothing itself is of excellent quality and stylish. Review would be five stars however I received some jeans that smell like sulfur. Washing and drying them does nothing but make your other clothes smell like sulfur. Other than that no complaints!
I had a terrible experience buying Aeropostale loungeware from Ross. One leg is shorter than the other. It's unfortunate that companies that used to be big would manufacture and sell a garment with such a major flaw, pass quality control, and be offered to customers.
I was buying clothes and accessories for a lady friend who is an Aeropostal fanatic. I only bought clothing on sale and with a discount code I had, I bought $325 (retail), but only paid $85. I was impressed. Of course, the clothes are extremely over priced, but with mark downs and discounts, it brings the cost to within what other large retailers charge. This web site and the retail stores are geared towards the 16 to 21 age bracket.

Be careful when returning any of your purchases. I recently returned my full order which consisted of 4 items but was only refunded for one. It's been constant calls and online chats with still no resolution. Absolutely disgusted, like really you open the return package and conveniently only process one item.
Aeropostale is like a cheaper Hollister, and I feel like it's more popular amongst young Latin Americans or Europeans, though I could be wrong. I've bought a couple things from aeropostale.com for nieces - honestly Asian families are so big that buying gifts on Christmas isn't easy or cheap. One of the last orders I made was much more of a hassle than necessary (especially for a couple of cheap t-shirts). One of the shirts came defective, and there was a mix-up in the orders. Shipping back would have been on me so I just bit the bullet and took it.
Worked here, hated it. Everyone was so judgmental and rude, the only reason their nice to you is because they have to be. They will talk about you right in front in your face! I'm not saying that every Aeropostale store is like this. Just the one in Barstow, CA at the Outlets of Barstow.
Their Online ordering is the worst. The number one worst. They always have issues. I've spent the last two days s couple hours each day trying to order a Winter Jacket Online. It doesn't go through. Just keeps jumping back to the beginning of the order. ALWSYS have problems. Don't even want to shop with them anymore. Their delivery service is very slow as well. As a company, Get it together.

I placed an order on aeropostale website on August 16th and it has not been shipped as yet. I spoke with the supervisor Alberto who was very rude and refused to help. I asked to have my order cancel since they do not know when it will be shipped he said it cannot be cancel. The representatives of Aero is very rude and it comes from management. They need to take a look at the last few reviews, people are upset and annoyed. Its 2 weeks and they can't give you any answer besides they are experiencing delays. They need to put it in red or bold when customers are placing their orders they are experiencing severe delays.
I love this website and p.s. aeropostale they always have good sales and they also have good coupons to save you even more money. Good quality clothing at a fair price. Most the time I can get my kids there clothes on this website cheaper then I can get them at Walmart or Kmart. I highly recommend this site.
A few days ago I bought a really cute, blue, peasant top. I absolutely loved it. I got home and washed it right away, because I wanted to wear it the next day. I come home and read the wash and dry directions very cautiously. It says wash in cold water, and tumble dry on low. I did both of these things. After I finished drying the shirt, I notice it looks a little small, so I try it on. Yup, my assumption was right. It had shrunk probably about 2-3 sizes! I wear a size extra small in women's, and got a small that way it'd last for a while because I'm only 14 years old and still growing. I got the shirt too big and it still had shrunk to about a kid's size medium. Now, I have to go back to Aeropostale and buy a new $25 shirt with my own money, and hopefully this one doesn't shrink to the size my 9 year old sister wears!
It's been a month and still says order waiting to be fulfilled this is sad the worst part is they send me a email saying sorry for the inconvenience but we have a 10 dollars off your next 40 dollar purchase thanks but no thanks I will never waste my hard earned money on AéRopostale again this company does not care about you worst experience ever and customer service was no help thanks for stealing my money
Purchased a pair of sunglasses in June 2023.
In July 2023,1.5months later I noticed the lenses on both the left and right sides kept falling off the frame with any movement.
Sent emails to customer service, called a few times, waited for what seems forever to get an agent, only to get the run around from one agent to another and then they hung up.
I called back and finally someone who barely spoke english said we have no warranty!
There you have it, everything they sell is designed to be thrown away due to the extreme poor quality.

I got my shipment very quickly. The quality of my garments were sturdy even though the items were inexpensive. The only issue I had was with fit. I found that some of the proportions were a little off and the clothes ran a little small; however, I do wear clothes rather loosely. You won't go wrong with this site.
I got ripped off on a $25 gift card. They sent a digital code to some obscure email address that had an expiration date 1 month from the time they sent it. I read the email 2 days after the gift card expired. $25 isn't a lot of money, but I don't like getting ripped off.
They use ups smartpost because it's a cheap shipping cost, besides the slow shiipping method, when your order is lost in the mail you will hate aeropostale. Because customer service can't help you. You're on your own. Stupid company, their website should be brought down.
While we were leisurely strolling into the store, having a delightful time, we encountered a pleasant-looking blonde woman. However, I can't help but feel that she might be a sociopath after what transpired in this distressing incident. My friend decided to try on a shirt worth only four dollars. Upon handing it to the aforementioned blonde girl, for some inexplicable reason, she forgot that my friend had given it to her. Consequently, the store employee began harassing her, demanding to know its whereabouts. Despite my friend maintaining a calm demeanor, she politely explained that she had already handed it over and was unaware of its current location. Nevertheless, the store employee persistently accused her of shoplifting. It is not our responsibility that this store employs incompetent staff, and as a result, we have decided not to patronize this establishment in the future.
I live in an apartment. Since Aero didn't request it to be signed for the UPS left it outside of the apartment complex. Kindly the thief left me the box. I called UPS they said Aero would replace my product called Aero. The Woman I spoke with said only 2 of the 7 items left in stock. So they can't replace or offer a different product for the other 4. I was not repaid for my shipping expense and I got back 38 cents the other 20 dollars was on a gift card and they don't refund gift cards. So I am disappointed and won't be shopping there again.
I ordered my daughter a swimsuit from their kids line for vacation, after being in the pool for two days the color faded.It looks like I washed it in bleach. I'm very disappointed in the quality of this swimsuit.
I ordered during a super sale. 70% off and more. I got a down jacket market medium. I ordered a medium so I could wear jackets or sweaters under neath. The jacket sent to me was small enough for a third grader. They sent me a child size jacket and it was not miss marked. I have shopped in their stores and never noticed under sized clothing. I am not a big person and a medium is what I order to have give in my outer wear, but the arms and body of this jacket was super short. Aero gave me a fast refund and this is why they got two stars just for that prompt response.
I want to cancel an order I placed 10 minutes ago and I've been on hold for over 50 minutes so far to talk to an agent. All I want to is cancel my order but there is no button or anything that will allow me to do that on the website so my only option is to call customer service and wait probably hours to talk to someone.
I bought 3 items online on Nov. 27th more than a week later my items weren't shipped, I tried to cancel but was denied because the items were already set to ship, this was not true. My credit card was charged for all 3 items but I only received 1, when I contacted customer service (multiple times) they wanted to credit my account for only one item, I had to continue contacting customer service in order to make them understand that I had 2 items missing from my order. Why would they charge me for items not shipped in the first place. Here I am still waiting for my refund, I guess I'll pay interest for items I didn't receive. Don't buy online their customer service is beyond terrible.

I placed an order for one tshirt and now 10 days later I still haven't received my order. This is really ridiculous for it to take so long. When I called Customer service the rep mentioned if I haven't received the order in 15 days to contact them. I find that reply even worse for it to be okay to have to wait 14 days to receive an order. I will not be ordering from this store again. Good luck to those who choose to order.
I made an order for my daughters school clothes on 6/11/22 as soon as i submitted the payment I noticed the shipping address was wrong. I called Right away to make sure they send it to my billing address and was told to allow an hour for update. Today 6/15/22 received notification that my Package was delivered but to the wrong address. I called To dispute this and was told they was not able to update the address. This is unacceptable and believe they should not be doing online orders. We spend our hard earned money and we should not be having this inconvenience. Bad way of running this. This needs to change. I don't think i will be ordering from this company again
Do not buy on line or phone order. I ordered two pairs of jeans on the phone on 2/27/2022. They shipped to wrong address. Tracked it and found out it said return to sender. The customer service agent said she would ship out a new order. I called today because I had not received order to find out it wasn't shipped. First call 3O minutes. Second call today over an hour. Told they could not ship it until order was returned. It was but has to go through a process. I will receive a credit once process is done. I still wanted the pants so now I can re order them if I want. They screw up and do nothing about it. With all three calls I wasted 2 hours of my time.

This company took my money out of my bank account did not process my order claims that they had trouble with my bank which they did not because I called my bank. I asked for tracking information for days and days and they keep on saying the same thing. I will never order another thing from this company
I NEVER write a poor review, but I am so frustrated with Aeropostale. I placed my order on Aug. 3rd, for a bunch of cute shorts and t-shirts for SUMMER! Well, I STILL have not received my order. I contacted customer service twice and each time they said that the order was waiting to be fulfilled - seriously after 2 weeks? Now, almost a month? By the time I get my stuff (if I do), summer will be almost over.
I will NEVER order from Aeropostale again! I've received packages from China quicker.
Sorry for being so candid... I am just so frustrated!
