Leonid Afremov

The paintings I received look NOTHING like the website. Totally different colors, textures, the bridge is all wrong, the girl looks like a Minecraft character. Embarrassing reproduction.

I ordered paintings on the artist's website, and I have already received a second parcel. Everything is carefully packed for the first and second time. Now I understand that you shouldn't worry.

Recently, my friends presented me with a picture of the artist Afremov, it is incredible. I'm a big fan of cats, and now I have a picture of Banjo Music of Cats that lifts the mood.

Update: Because of the son and his teams shoddy work, even the painting I received wrong, is now pulling off the wall and needs to be restretched and reframed. Awesome. Looks tacky and gross. And for the record, I own 7 (yes 7), Leonid paintings. Only two are original. The other 5 are "recreations" (albeit bad recreations) that they kept sending me to shut me up.

ORIGINAL POST: I placed my order, in good faith, was told that it was shipping, FOR 3 WEEKS. Finally received it, and it's not even close to what I ordered. Nothing but excuses and the runaround. Disappointed and frustrated are an understatement. I want what I ordered. But not forced to wait a total of 6 weeks total for it. AND the certificate of authenticity doesn't even match the painting that they sent wrong.
Edit: got ahold of Afremov studios. They want to issue refund instead of sending the correct painting. Bad customer service. Would not recommend.
EDIT #2: Got my refund, so there's that. Re-ordered, and got a painting without an autograph on it. Fussed again, and received the worst version they had, of a completely different painting. This place is ruining the Afremov name. DO NOT PURCHASE. The headache isn't worth what they send. And what they send, it NOT what they advertise.

I recently renovated my dining room, and it was like something was missing from the interior. I wanted to decorate the room, so I decided to look at paintings. That's how I found out about the artist Afremov and found his studio. I bought the painting "LILAK AND SHAMMIL" and I'm very happy with it.

I thank the Afremov studio. I ordered giclee and prints this time. I particularly liked the original circle giclee. I ordered it with cats for the kids' room.

All art is very personal. Afremov's paintings reached out to me. After hanging my first Aremov in my office, I ordered two more. The first one is adorned in evening blues with wet, glistening ground, "Misty Mood." The two that now surround it are autumn scenes with fabulous fall colors. I have actually ordered two more - a winter scene and another, smaller autumn scene. A couple of weeks ago I learned that my 25-year-old grandson has also been charmed by Afremov art. We searched together on the site and chose "Lilac Fog" and a frame. I purchased it for him as a gift for his recent promotion. Service on the site is excellent, and questions are responded to promptly and courteously. I am a retired high school teacher and college professor, who specialized in the speech arts: drama, public speaking, oral interpretation, discussion and debate technique. I am an amateur guitarist, who owns a collection of 22 fine guitars, most created by a Paraguayan luthier, Renato Bellucci. My wife and I have filled our walls with art, mostly landscape scenes from Colorado where we had a second home for 25 years. But most of our hanging art has been done by my wife who is a water-colorist, a photographer, and a felter. She is my favorite artist. I would prefer not hanging anything in my home that she has not created. But I found Afremov's work irresistible, and I am grateful to have found the site, and now to own some his creations.

Thanks to Leonid Afremov for the quality work. I always admire these paintings. The last picture of Burning Sky cost me only $160.
