Airbnb won't pay me. I've been on the phone with their support team and have received zero help.
I have 2 young children at home and am running out of heating oil tonight and I live in New England with frigid temperatures. After spending 48 hours on the phone with them, they have passed the buck to me to figure out and have washed their hands of the problem they created. The people that make their company the massive amount of money they have are clearly seen as dollar signs and not actual people that live on the money they make through their rentals.
Tip for consumers:
I would advise anyone that is thinking about using Airbnb not to.
Products used:
I have rented my home through Airbnb for 4 years. I have not been paid for the last renters that stayed at my house even though Airbnb has had their money for months. I've been on the phone for 2 days to resolve and have gotten nowhere. They are a huge company that doesn't care a bit about the people that are actually making them millions.
