I was hesitant to place an order at first but decided to give it a shot and luckily I wasn't disappointed. The bikinis are quite fascinating and pretty good. Shipping took a while but still came within the promised date. Good job overall!

I paid for express delivery I ordered back in March and still haven't received my order. My order actually says processing still this is ridiculous. Communication is horrible. For me the rating is a 1 when I receive my order and some communication I will be willing to update my rating of this site. I'm getting very nervous that I have been scammed and I am ready to take further actions if I have too. I have my bank statement to prove I paid for my items although I haven't received anything.

I submitted two orders, they processed my payments, and then send me an email stating that I needed to provide them with a photo of my drivers license and photo of my credit card. No merchant should EVER ask to do this! I have contacted my credit card company and also the national fraud center. DO NOT do business with them!

Everything looks so great online, but after ordering several items over the past few months I can honestly say I will never order from them again and you shouldn't either! The fabric that you actually get is the cheapest fabric I have ever seen! It's that shiny, cheapest of cheap fabric that you sometimes see in stores like Kmart, ie.kids pajamas!

If you want to be unique you have to buy here. I like unique things and I was so happy when I discovered this place. They are one of the best online seller I have known I can guarantee this. They have top quality and good prices and I can just say one big Thank you to your team. This was the greatest experience in my online shopping and I didn`t regret. You are my number one. The dress I ordered were very beautiful and the size is true to size. I receive a lot of compliments from my colleagues wearing the dress. Also, they have a fast turn around time and the order was delivered directly to my door.

Purchased 5 items from this website. Unfortunately the photos make the items look stylish and made from quality material. The reality is a million miles away from that. The quality and finish are very, very, very poor.
Claims easy returns... beware it is far from easy, had to make a claim via PayPal to get anywhere.

This is a terrible company the goods are not as ordered you cant print the return form so you have to pay for the return post and they dont even give you the correct refund they deduct money from it dont use this company they are rubbish

So I purchased a dress from them on 25/09/2017 which arrived on 05/10/2017. The dress looked exactly as it was meant to but it was quite big on me so I was hoping to swap it for a smaller size. I have tried to contact the company to swap it for a smaller size and when I had no response, I then contacted them for a refund. They haven't bothered coming back to me and I cannot send it back myself as they don't release the returns address on their website. After a few days they contacted and advised they are happy to give me a full refund for the dress which I have now received.

Me and my Girlfriend have a bad experience with online shopping. But, ever since we buy in Airydress, we doesn't hestitate to buy online anymore. Well at least in Airydress. The price is reasonable with good quality and comfy to wear dresses. The customer service also really nice and communicative to us. We really trust this site.

They don't refund the money! I waited 2 months to receive my order and when I received it I saw the poor quality of the clothes. Are awful. I did, they said they would return my money but I NEVER got my money.

I couldn't rate AIrydress more than 5 stars. They have best customer support ever as they communicate with my using my Mother tongue( Arabic). And I did not face any difficult to communicate with them. Thank u Airydress.
