The cost of goods taken from my bank immediately but 2 weeks later no sign of goods. I never shop online and I won't do it again. How long do you expect customers to wait?

I ordered 3 shirts, they were supposed to be cotton. What I received was a poly blend resemblance of a sheer table cloth. Material is not breathable. It was a total Scam. Buyer beware.

I thought that I would take a chance and order because I just love their dresses I did put in a small order of around $50 and I received the dresses absolutely no problem right on time and they all fit me really nice I'm sure other people may have had problems but I did not have any problems whatsoever and I definitely will order more dresses from this website.

Again I can only speak for my own experience I ordered online paid with my credit card and had absolutely no problem no delay they came they were beautifully packaged I just didn't have a problem

All 3 blouses I ordered are not true to size, also the material is so cheaply sewn together. Please don't waste your time on shopping with them. So bummed and dissatisfied with my order

Understanding things take time due to lockdown, I should have realised 4 items were CHEAP & you get what you pay. Yet I didn't... 3 months later order still not even
Despatched & no communication! I paid via PAYPAL with a VISA card, having now read countless poor reviews, I will now be claiming a full refund through my credit card company based on not supplying goods - Has anyone else received their money back? Appears to be a SCAM company, BUYERS BEWARE!

Sent wrong items and have been arguing with us for a month so far to avoid basic refund. It's sad in this day and age seeing a company act so suspicious and outdated.

I don't recommend Airydress at all, it's been a month since I canceled one of my orders, and tried to get a refund and still nothing. All I got are two same pictures of my "refund" one from may and one from last night and still nothing. Only rated it one start because I couldn't submit without a rate! But I rated 0

This is a great firm to deal with I received 6 tops at different times they all arrived within 2 to 3 weeks. I have found to buy sizes bigger than NZ sizing. Size 20 i get 5xxxxx.

Trying to return an item to this fake company, they do not acknowledge, as they now have your money, they dont want to know. The item i ordered was nothing at all like the item advertised, VERY POOR QUALITY!
Please do not give these so called people the time of day.
Just report them to trading standards
As i have posted a review on TrustPilot as well as here, I have received the same comment from airydress, "Please send us your order number and we will sort the problem out"
Just to make them look good. Both times i have sent my order number and contact details through. GUESS WHAT!
Nothing from them.
THEY ARE SO FAKE AND JUST OUT TO SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THIER MONEY!
PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT ORDER FROM airydress.com.
Fill out as many reviews as you can and report them to Trading Standers or where ever you see them advertising, like Face Book.

I wanted to return my purchase but there was no way to obtain a return label or any option to send the items back. They advertise "Worry Free Returns" IT IS WORRY FREE FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T LET YOU RETURN! Stay away from this Company if you don't want scammed!
