I thought that I would take a chance and order because I just love their dresses I did put in a small order of around $50 and I received the dresses absolutely no problem right on time and they all fit me really nice I'm sure other people may have had problems but I did not have any problems whatsoever and I definitely will order more dresses from this website.

The shoes are comfortable but I'm much more impress with your customer service. Every concern was answered promptly. Waiting for my 2nd order to arrive and update my review. Keep up!

All 3 blouses I ordered are not true to size, also the material is so cheaply sewn together. Please don't waste your time on shopping with them. So bummed and dissatisfied with my order

Understanding things take time due to lockdown, I should have realised 4 items were CHEAP & you get what you pay. Yet I didn't... 3 months later order still not even
Despatched & no communication! I paid via PAYPAL with a VISA card, having now read countless poor reviews, I will now be claiming a full refund through my credit card company based on not supplying goods - Has anyone else received their money back? Appears to be a SCAM company, BUYERS BEWARE!

I placed my order almost a month ago. I haven't received a tracking # and no one responded to any of the emails I sent. I will never buy anything from them again!

Sent wrong items and have been arguing with us for a month so far to avoid basic refund. It's sad in this day and age seeing a company act so suspicious and outdated.

I don't recommend Airydress at all, it's been a month since I canceled one of my orders, and tried to get a refund and still nothing. All I got are two same pictures of my "refund" one from may and one from last night and still nothing. Only rated it one start because I couldn't submit without a rate! But I rated 0

This is a great firm to deal with I received 6 tops at different times they all arrived within 2 to 3 weeks. I have found to buy sizes bigger than NZ sizing. Size 20 i get 5xxxxx.

I'm really pleased in how fast n the quality of the 4 shoes n boots I've received for my granddaughter & I! Will be ordering again cus I live in Hawaii & its so hard finding good & reliable online storesALOHA

Trying to return an item to this fake company, they do not acknowledge, as they now have your money, they dont want to know. The item i ordered was nothing at all like the item advertised, VERY POOR QUALITY!
Please do not give these so called people the time of day.
Just report them to trading standards

As i have posted a review on TrustPilot as well as here, I have received the same comment from airydress, "Please send us your order number and we will sort the problem out"
Just to make them look good. Both times i have sent my order number and contact details through. GUESS WHAT!

The dress I bought was of really good material and delivered on time. Another great thing is that It is not too much on the expensive side. The regular flash sales helps.

I wanted to return my purchase but there was no way to obtain a return label or any option to send the items back. They advertise "Worry Free Returns" IT IS WORRY FREE FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY DON'T LET YOU RETURN! Stay away from this Company if you don't want scammed!

I purchased a beautiful dress from Vencano but it was only in bright orange. I don't love the orange but the dress is beautiful. Well, I was thrilled when I saw the same dress in navy blue on
Airydress. The dress that came is of the cheapest fabric you could possibly find and the design was completely different. I will admit that it was well made, but NO! This will not due! It was bad knock off, a completely different dress. It makes me sad that the craftsmanship was so good but not the fabric or the design in the ad. I hope that seamstress finds a better company to work for. Return was quick and easy, but -DO NOT BUY FROM Airydress or Airycloth! YOU'LL BE SORRY. See pics below. I ordered 2 separate shirts. Took 3 1/2 weeks to get. The material wasn't t shirt material or cotton but feels like a football Jersey and they sent me 2 of the same shirt instead of what I ordered. The customer service # I got online is not in service

Returned my order in disappointment in the clothing design, material and quality. They are nothing like the photos or the advertised.

Tracking online shows returned parcel delivered. Asking for my refund, email responded I have to wait 30 days.

After 30 days, still no refund.

Logged in last night to query again. Today to check reply, everything is GONE.
