Me and my Girlfriend have a bad experience with online shopping. But, ever since we buy in Airydress, we doesn't hestitate to buy online anymore. Well at least in Airydress. The price is reasonable with good quality and comfy to wear dresses. The customer service also really nice and communicative to us. We really trust this site.

So I purchased a dress from them on 25/09/2017 which arrived on 05/10/2017. The dress looked exactly as it was meant to but it was quite big on me so I was hoping to swap it for a smaller size. I have tried to contact the company to swap it for a smaller size and when I had no response, I then contacted them for a refund. They haven't bothered coming back to me and I cannot send it back myself as they don't release the returns address on their website. After a few days they contacted and advised they are happy to give me a full refund for the dress which I have now received.

You don't get what you ordered and the quality of the material is very poor. I would not recommend ordering from this company. There is a reason for the prices being so cheap... you get what you pay for.

I ordered on this site and the quality of products I received were awesome. Even the support I received was thorough and timely. My issue with regards to my request was addressed with a single interaction. That's really awesome!

I ordered a dress from Airydress and I can say that the quality is not what I expected because it was very good despite the affordable price. They don't refund the money! I waited 2 months to receive my order and when I received it I saw the poor quality of the clothes. Are awful. I did, they said they would return my money but I NEVER got my money.

I couldn't rate AIrydress more than 5 stars. They have best customer support ever as they communicate with my using my Mother tongue( Arabic). And I did not face any difficult to communicate with them. Thank u Airydress.

My sister's debut is coming so I wanted to give her a nice dress for her special day. A friend of mine recommend airydress so I check and bought my sister a red simple dress. It was my first time to order something online so I wasn't adept in purchasing online but their website is user friendly so I was able to browse their website easily. The dress arrived even before the delivery date so I had enough time to let my sister check it and she loves it. The color and size matches very well to what they post online. It was indeed a great experience for me and I would love to tell it to my friends and family.

Returned two items. I was offered a percentage of the original payment and I could keep the items.
Why would I do that? That would be the items in the bin and I would have to re-order to get some of my money back. No Way!
So I returned said items and over 2 weeks later still waiting for my money back.
Fortunately, I have the time and patience to make sure I get my cash back but beware! It is hard work to return goods and get a refund.

I bought this absoute headturner of a dress. An olive green sleeveless above knee casual. What I loved was the charm of the Army, while the large front pockets lent it the a cool casualness. The fabric has a smooth feel. Its shape and cut gives a great freedom of movement to the body whilst accentuating the curves.

By looking at the picture of the clothes I ordered wasn't what I got in the mail! It's sad you have to screw people over just be real about your clothes! After letting Airy know alls they could say is well we make a lot of money and people are always buying from us lol! Not my fault I just want what I am getting to be what I was looking at, not paper thin clothes. Have fun screwing people over but I will be sure to let my friends know and they can tell there friends and so on...
