We are one of the largest sellers of hair extensions in a region with our own store, retail and e-commerce. The hair extensions that we have been supplied by AiryHair are beyond the competitors. There is occasional lemon here and there but the consistent quality and customer support that always a supports returns / exchanges can't be matched.
I cannot tell you how many suppliers we tried, it cost us tens of thousands of dollars in expenses. All start with great hair and go downhill few weeks down the line. I personally like AiryHair for consistency of quality extensions and ability to have any color variation hair.
I do not share the sentiment of other reviewers that have had a different experience.

I read a lot of reviews and did not know what to expect, mostly were positive and company responded to complains so I crossed my fingers and bought two sets of keratin hair extensions for hot fusion.
The package is not good, just regular soft plastic bag. The hair on the other hand is BEAUTIFUL. The color was spot on and my hair dresser was very impressed with the quality too.
I got extensions in 3days with express shipping, did not miss my booking and could not be any happier.

1) Due to the COVID-19, we were forced to quickly outsource the staff to the third-party company. Because the demand was over 100 daily emails and our office fell to the COVID illness.
2) The person who replied to your emails was one of the temporary workers who was fired shortly after given a warning and we apologize tremendously about not catching all the wrongdoings sooner.
The COVID-19 caught us off guard, like the rest of the word and we’ve failed to provide you with the best possible experience that you deserve.

1) We’ve recommended FedEx since USPS (Free) took a long time during this time and we did warn everyone prior the checkout.

2) Since you wanted to get hair withing 4-5 days without upgrading the shipping to FedEx, it was impossible with free shipping because up to 30 days delays were present at the time (which was notified prior your checkout). We did our best to explain about delays and then had to offer the full refund.
3) After a full refund, for some reason, your email language included many curse words that probable causes the worker to response in same way, and a review on TrustPilot followed. However they are not found in your posted picture, which is unfair.
4) Now, we have two hair types, stocked and custom (shipping in 24-48 hours or up to 6-9 days, all marked when selecting extensions). Unfortunately, I cannot agree with your misleading comment “it still takes them just as long to ship” because you didn’t experience our shipping profess as your order was refused.
After all, I thank you for choosing AiryHair and everyone at AiryHair would like to apologize for the bad experience that you've encountered.

I received my hair extensions
About 2 weeks after ordering
Expedited shipping at a cost of about $20.00
I paid for a box to store them in, and was sent a terrible throw away brown box.
I opened the hair to reveal that the hair was coming out of the damaged sewn in end of the tract. And I gently brushed the

After receiving hair, you said it was not your type and you wanted to return it. We have replied in less than 24 hours with all the return details, but you have never replied afterwards. Not only that, but you have also then opened a chargeback and wanted to keep both, the hair and get the money. Not only that violates our terms but also ruins the healthy ecommerce environment. It’s not fair.
Only after your credit card issuer decided in our favor (because you wanted to keep hair and get money), did you leave a bad review.
We don’t know how you can say our customer service is “poor” when we’ve exchanged 1 email exactly and we did answer all your questions and provided you with details that you’ve asked.
I’m sorry if the product that you’ve received did not match your color and/or texture or you just didn’t want it, but we always went above and beyond to help our clients get a new product and/or get their money back. I am a male and yes, I do wear hair extensions. Don't know how relevant that will be to other women or men alike, but so far, the hair has been wonderful.
My 16" wefts came in 4 business days with DHL express option, I have purchased from the stocked hair category of tape-in hair and it has matched my color to the bone, but it's not that hard for guys anyway. I just get 1B. The thickness is average, which works with my own hair. Everyone who has seriously thick hairs might want to get double drawn? I haven't tried these myself.
Prior my purchase, I have read their FAQ and hair care sections, which were tremendously helpful. I do wash hair everyday with conditioner because of my regime in gym. It sounds bad but 26 days in, and the hair is still holding, no tangles. Oh, and I got the 2019 line, so that could explain it.
I don't know what else to say other than that I have been happy with my purchase.

I've been using real human hair, hair extensions for over a decade, and I'm extremely unhappy with this hair.
The color is not #2, it's more reddish. It's also very kinky. I tried to use a flatiron to get the kinks out, but that didn't work. It actually looks/feels like horse tail hair to be honest. Lastly, it does not seem like 2g.

The website looks legit, but ships in an ghetto envelope with no proper packaging from China. The only way you know what you're getting is a small sticker on cardboard.
"Airyhair" brand is not found anywhere on the packaging.
Do your research ladies, and check customer feedback... I sure wish I did...

However, your comment isn't 100% objective and our explaination as below:
1. We have been using the same color ring for 15+ years and our clients love the colors that we provide. The most important job is to make your selected hair color 100% match the color ring tones which we always do. The perceived color difference that you see on PC or cell phone can be different due to display color collaboration or other factors.
However, we do free item exchanges and even cover shipping costs with insurance. Having said that, these things rarely happened in the last 15 years.

2) We do have a clear and awesome bag to pack extensions (see the pics attached) and we did use a special AiryHair package with logotypes, graphics, neat engravings, etc.

However, around 90% of our clients are wholesale clients and they prefer blank package to the well-designed one because they don't want their clients to know where they get hair from. Therefore, we switched back to blank designed package.
3) When competitors sell the same quality hair at the 3x the price that we do, the package is the only part that takes a budget cut. With discounts, out extensions start from $14.99 USD as we aim to provide the most affordable extensions to budget conscious clients.
4) Even by selling affordable grade products, we still do serious test with hair irons, brushes, multiple washes, etc. I’m sorry to say but we do sell human hair, they are not synthetic or fiber hair.
5) We never hide the shipping locations and say so on site (see shipping FAQ). Yes, we do ship hair from Shanghai, China, as China is the biggest manufacturing country for human hair extensions and if you find quality providers, those extensions rock. Nowadays, almost all hair shops including those on Amazon or “premium USA brands” import hair from China or India. Then they build the warehouse inside US to make it seem US made, but that’s just additional cost for consumer for some lies.
Still, thank you for your feedback which includes a lot of good advice. We will think how the package quality can be improved without raising the costs. As we have also found that better packages make client perceive hair quality as better even if it’s the same. Our reseller packs our hair in well-designed boxes and sell to their clients with zero complains.
We welcome you to try AiryHair again in the future.

I have been AiryHair customer since 2011 and in 2018 they have had a quality problem, which lead me to search for other brands.
Unfortunately, I could not really find anything decent and the search took so much money out of my pocket that I want to cry at this point.
Anyway, I ran away and could not blame other people, they had like 5 sets out of 100 that I bought that were bad, and that is not good. Having been contacted by the CEO in April of 2019, I was informed that they have fixed their supplier's quality issues.
2 months now in and I am in love with this company again. It's like they switched back to the old and loved formula or something, I do not know. All i care now is the quality and it's top notch, like the good old days:)

I Had already bought the 32 inch tape in extensions and I was, and still am very happy with them but today I got the drawstring ponytail extension the only thing I would've done differently is that I would've gotten the other type where you have a long piece of hair that you can wrap around the ponytail to cover up anything so I'm just gonna have to figure out how to cover up the drawstring. Shouldn't be hard I know, wrap the hair around it however, the drawstring is pretty big so I'll update you but the hair it's beautiful 32 inch length. I'm happy.

For longer length tape in hair from this company, allow up to three weeks shipping. Much worth the wait.

We conclude that your story post is full of "Retaliatory" and "One-sidedness" which aims to mislead readers.

But it is misleading and unfair.

Airy hair shipped my hair FedEx lost it... Policy is that Airy hair has to file a claim on me not receiving my hair but they've called me a thief and said I stole my own hair after I paid for it. I gues took it off of the porch so I needed video to prove where I didn't steal my own hair I already paid for hair... But they refused to file a claim with FedEx and they refused to give me my money back... I would not recommend airy hair to anyone they owe... They are common thieves...

I ordered custom hair the middle of February. I was in no rush to get it it's a 6 to 9 days for custom hair. So no big deal. Then the Pandemic broke out and it had been about 14 or 15 days so I decided on March 30 to try to call this company. Well, don't bother bc you'll have to leave a message and no one will EVER call you back. Trust me after a multitude of messages. I NEVER received a tracking number until I emailed to see when my hair was so long story short it's April 21 and I jhave st got my hair in today after the run around for 2 months and NOT OFFERING ANY HELP or Anything. Regarding long shipping times:
Your custom order was placed on the 18th of April 2020 and was shipped after just 7 days. The production times for custom orders are 6-9 business days as noted during order process. That also happened during the delays due to COVID, so we consider this to be as fast as shipping and production can get.
Free USPS shipping takes 10-15 days, but this weren’t as smooth during the COVID-19 period. Lots of medical supplies like masks, sanitizers, and so on were shipped at that time in massive quantities so delays were unavoidable. However, it is not your fault, and we apologize for the delay.
Our solution:
We did our best to notify (prior checkout) about the possible delays of up to 30 days and recommend FedEx instead. Even after checkout, we then manually contacted everyone to make sure they are okay with free shipping and delays. After more issues with USPS, we were forced to temporary remove free shipping completely.
However, while it was unfair for clients who didn’t mind waiting in favor of better price, the current situation with free shipping delays creates some discomfort and due to comments on delays, we have it off for the time being.
Regarding your chargeback:

Oh my. So I bought my extensions for 230euros which is a lot for what I got! After one wash they started to shed A LOT! Nothing helped althrough I bought doubble drawn ones ;) . After a wash they instantly became dry and CURLY! Even though I ordered straight ones (well, they were straight till I washed) They are huge scammers. Before they sell hair they use chemicals to make hair LOOK perfect, but once you wash them you see the real problems. :)) )

This is More than Bad. This Company really disapointed me. This was the WORST costumer service experience ive ever had. 0,0% helpfull! And soooooo rude! Be carefull with your money. This Company dont earn it.
We used this company for affordable, disposable extensions since 2013. As we have clients that can only afford so much, this was the best alternative.
However, since 2018 their customer service and quality have gone down drastically:
1. They say they were having trouble finding good suppliers
2. They respond promptly but always have excuses for their deficiencies
3. They always blame their customers when they are called out (see reviews on other sites)
I asked for a custom product and they wanted me to pay before I am invoiced. This sounded fishy to me and I asked them to invoice me, they refused. Now they think they are sticking it to me by not wanting to sell me their sub-par products (insert big laugh here)
This company is just a middle man, you can go directly to the factories in China via Alibaba and get loads of wholesalers there who are willing to sell samples for testing.
For those "great" reviews, I am pretty sure they ask their clients to post them, they asked me to do so on another review site last year.

1. We were the ones who cancelled your account after 5 years. We could not meet your demands and/or requirements of "lower and lower" price as well as continuous bad mood in emails.
2. You then posted a first legit 3* review on TrustPilot (attached) and downgraded to fake 1* after our reply, which is not exactly fair nor honest. You also started adding vindictive words to make our business look worse.

I debated over a month before getting these based on YouTube reviews. It started out good, when I curled the hair to match my own. It curled no problem, and looks in tact still. However during application there were some hair pieces with string it looked like, like white sewing thread, or blue thread mixed with the brown hair. I thought whatever I found 3 threads i cut off in a 30 piece pack thats supposedly double drawn hair. PS if your thinking about extensions if its anything less than 100 grams dont even do it it wont look right. So i thought even 100$ for this hair is ok bc im trusting its double drawn remy here. I am only on week 1 and I am seeing this is not virgin hair. Not even my own damaged hair gets this tangled, I didn't wash my hair for 2 days, what a mistake! I spent at least 30 mins trying to detangle this hair. I have naturally curly hair, not kinky, mainly sprials bc Im latina, so I understand that knots happen but girl this is not normal. Its knotting like if im wearing a synthetic hair wig. Dont do it Im stuck now, but im so pissed I spent $100 on garbage when I should have just paid 199 to get a stupid 20 piece pack. I am more upset at all these probably fake reviews claiming the hair is so great. I am so shocked an annoyed and its only been a week!

2) Just like with your own hair, if you don’t take care of them properly, dye it incorrectly or expose to harsh environments, lots of sweat, dust, it can start matting a bit and you need to apply hair care products. Since this is not synthetic hair, it needs to be treated as such.

Regarding your order. You’ve said the item was returned but it was NEVER received by us, even to this day (late 2021). We’ve asked to provide us with a tracking number when returning items, but you refused to do so and didn’t send anything. Nor did you show us a receipt from the post office of Australia.
Since we haven’t received the item, you did refuse to send us a picture of a receipt nor provide us with a tracking number (as instructions state), and then demanded cash so you don’t leave bad feedback, we cannot do anything to confirm that the item was indeed returned.

The hair wasn't bad, but the size of the beads was too large, that my hair salon said it wouldn't look good in my hair and you'd be able to see the beads. That's not a huge deal as I was just going to return and that would be the end of it. The company said they'd pay for my return shipping back. When I asked the post office for tracking number, they said it would be 55$ for mere tracking to China, and the shipment was just around 15$. I knew the company would not want to pay $70 to get hair back that I was only charged $65~ for. So I stuck with the $15. Sent pics of the receipt and the package right before it shipped out from USPS. On May 24th, I shipped it out. I checked in every 10 days as they said to check in on the return status. Every single time they ask for the tracking number, in which i'd respond, repeatedly, I didn't get a tracking number because it would have costed more than the value of the actual hair extensions... It is now August 22 and still no refund. It seems they do not want to return my money back and not much I can do about it except vent on reviews.

Honestly i had such high hopes for this brand and unfortunately these were a nightmare for me. I would suggest to save your money and go to a more reputable brand.
My hair is naturally curly and dark brown. I ordered the darkest brown curly microloop extensions, double drawn, and remy premium plus. Right away these extensions shed like crazy just while trying to put them in and were a lot lighter of a color than had been advertised on the website. After washing them the first time it seemed like all the hair went down the drain, and after dying them to match my actual hair color, it just got worse. Even though i got the double drawn, it seemed like there were little fly away strands everywhere, especially when it was braided and it felt like there were little hairs poking my shoulders and neck making me itchy. (something that when my own natural hair was that long did not do) Not to mention that the hair seemed too perfect. Curly hair girls out there all know not every single one of your curls are identical. But these were. Leading me to believe that they had been permed that way. Needless to say they did NOT blend into my naturally curly hair. They also started to lose thickness and get crazy frizzy after just one week. I was very hesitant to buy this brand after seeing them attack others in comments and try to discredit them. But i have all the emails, confirmations, and pictures of the hair, shedding, and website to back my claims. I wish more than anything that i could get my $260, month+ of waiting, and 4 hours that it spent to put in my hair back. I had hoped it would be different for me than all the negative comments and reviews, but I would not advise this brand to anyone especially to curly hair girls looking for extensions to blend with your natural hair.

Exactly as I feared would happen did this morning! They made absurd claims saying I made a fake profile and demanded my money back being rude in emails. All completely false! They even got my tracking num, order num, and mail provider wrong in an attempt to try to discredit my post. They even got the time/month of the order wrong. This is ridiculous. I have never even talked to them because other than the first and only email that I sent TODAY about the false slander on the review, they have ignored all other calls I have made. They called me SCUM! Please stay away!

First, I would like to apologize for a mistake and let me explain what happened.
The client (whose first/last names are almost identical to yours) placed the order with express shipping in December and started abusing our staff with emails (47 emails in a few days), calls, and then claims of not receiving anything. Then, she said give me money and let me have a product or I’ll do a bad review. That’s when a bad review appeared under the same name and that’s why we’ve mixed it all up. Only then did we realize that it was all under a fake name.
1. In addition to that, you both received hair at the same time (yours was by free shipping and hers was express).
2. You both bought the same texture hair.
3. Your first/last names are almost identical, and reviewers often change a letter or two for privacy reasons. Also, respecting customer privacy, we cannot show you the full and last name of the other client as proof.
5. We couldn’t work with you directly since it seems like you’ve never contacted us and went with a review first. Hence, we couldn’t respond as fast as we wanted.
Again, it was our fault, and on behalf of all company, I’d like to apologize.
As for hair quality, our customer service is always here to help new clients when anything happens. However, we encourage clients to contact us before anything else so we can solve your issue as soon as possible. I ordered $300 worth of "remy human hair extensions" paid extra for double drawn, and I am blonde which was also extra money and time waiting. When they arrived they looked beautiful except for a mass amount of thick black hair consistently throughout the tape in extensions. I shrugged it off since they were affordable.
On week 2 after only the 2nd wash with Pureology moisture shampoo and conditioner, the 24" extensions became unruly, tangled easily and were difficult to brush. I used argon oil and my great lengths detangle brush to no avail so I decided to deep condition the ends and rewash them.
After wetting the hair, it formed what I can only refer to as a SOLID MASS. The ends bonded together like ROPE in my hands as the extension became completely entangled in my natural hair. I tried to remain calm and run conditioner through it but there was simply no end and no beginning to it. It was one huge mass like a massive hairball. I grabbed olive oil from the kitchen, coconut oil- nothing made a slight impact. After 3 hours of trying to detangle it I had to cut my own hair out of the mass. Once free I had thin, badly cut hair and no extensions.
AiryHair's reply was for me to ship the extension ball to them (after they saw photos) and once they received it and investigated and reviewed it they would determine if I got a refund.
Mind you these are 2-3 week old "human remy double drawn " extensions. They were never chemically processed by me... never colored or put through anything abnormal. Washed only 3 times. $300!
This hair was NOT human remy. It was not even the color I asked for.
The customer service I received was rude and argumentative and also accusatory... asking me if I used detangling shampoo. As if it had anything to do with the shampoo.
I hope readers will consider this hair nightmare when making a choice of where to purchase hair extensions
