“Keyboard arrived defective, jump through hoops only to be offered $20”

Keyboard arrived with a severe bow to it, making it rock back and fourth while typing, Akkos solution was to offer $20 off for me to keep it or allow me to return at my own cost to china, which is around $45, on a $60 keyboard... Avoid this company
