Shelter was delivered on schedule. The installers knew what they were doing and did a professional job of erecting the building. The building is made of strong, high quality materials. There are many building out there, but I would not buy from anyone except Alan's Factory Outlet. I am really proud I did.

It was so easy. To order online and the time wait for delivery and installation was very short.I have told all of our family and friends to make sure they check them out if buying a carport. Very satisfied.

I like that you saved all my info so at check out all i had to do was sign in. This is my second order from you so far and we are looking to get one or two more after the new garage is built then we will use them like a lean to on each side of the garage

The only problem I was not informed there would be an extra charge to install over my existing camper which I had to pay by check another $200. Otherwise the installation was excellent. The installers knew what they were doing and did not waste time completing the work. Very pleased except for having to pay the $200.

Site made picking out my building simple. The 3D garage builder was great for getting an idea of how it would look. All of my questions were pretty much answered on the Q&A from the site. I was getting updates from sales people along the way and got any questions I had taken care of. I highly recommend Alan's Factory Outlet for your metal building needs.

Working with Alan's was a good experience. Suzie Robins was very helpful getting information from Carolina Carports. We had a couple of scheduling concerns but it all worked out. The installers are assembling the carport as I type this. Hopefully the install will go smoothly. The final result was excellent. I found only one screw on the ground, that's how well they cleaned the work site. Very happy.

Good experience, 3 man crew arrived several hours late, don't know why, but they stayed until well after dark and finished the job. The crew was professional and answered several questions I had to my satisfaction.
They did an excellent job and I would recommend them.
Will probably be ordering a smaller carport from Alans next spring.

The ladies at customer support center are very knowledgeable and courteous.
They charged me for the under roofing insulation about $1300 for a building of 20 x 30 feet. They did not want that I buy the insulation which good be much cheaper and they install. The insulation is nothing special and cheap.

I love the straightforward pricing and "build your own" feature on the website. The carport itself exceeded every expectation for quality and durability. I had some issues with scheduling at Carolina carports. When they finally did get an installer out here, he did a great job.

Product & internal customer service was excellent. I was a little disappointed in the lack of cleanup left by the crew that came out to install my metal garage. Otherwise, I was pleased with the overall process.

Easy to order on website. I hope to see product in a reasonable time frame. Carport was delivered in the usual described timeframe (60+- days). It was installed in about an hour and payment options for the unit was made very easy.

It's a shame that when ordering that you can't get a delivery date. Living in northern N.Y. We were lucky that the weather was mild when they got here.
Other than that, I'm very satisfied.
