Best prices I've seen and he absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. My brother and cousin are looking to purchase a metal carport and I've informed them to look elsewhere

So far very easy to order, the website is well laid out and easy to understand and navigate.
Poor communication, scheduling problems and sloppy followup.

Everything went very smoothly. The installers were punctual and wasted no time at getting the RV Port erected. The quality of the materials was very good and the RV Port should last many, many years.

Candise helped me yesterday and answered all, and was very helpful. In addition the driver showed up at the allotted time and was finished in 1 1/2 hours. Great job.

I had good experiences with everyone i dealt with through the process at Alan's Factory Outlet. And i like the carport. It seems well built and the installation itself was quick and easy.
As my possible delivery date came closer, i called to see if they had any idea where i was on the schedule because i had a lot going on at the time and was trying to make sure i could plan around the delivery. Customer service at AFO directed me to call the manufacturer, North Carolina Carports. I called them once a week or so for like 3 weeks once we passed the 2 month expected waiting period, trying to check on if they had any idea when i would come up on the schedule. And through the 2-3 people i talked to each time getting directed around. Most of them immediately caught an attitude and were rude. One lady blatantly hung up on me. I was trying to be courteous the whole time but was really rubbed the wrong way with the customer service from the manufacturer. I like the carport, and i like AFO, but if i ever need another carport, i think I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Everything was just as expected.

The installation crew were very fast and efficent in there assembly and were nice.

My expectations were exceeded. I have no issues at all. Love my Carports and I love this company.

I waited and waited. If I were to guess, they forgot to schedule the instillation. The web sight said it would be installed in 4 to 6 weeks with a 10% chance it would be either a bit early or a bit late. In week 6 after I signed the contract I was told it would be installed with in two weeks and I would receive a call to schedule the instillation. No call and no instillation. I called back in week 9 asking what the problem was. Again, it would be installed within two weeks, and would get a call to schedule. No call. Late in week 10, I called back to ask why I didn't get a call. I got a very apologetic lady, who told me she was very sorry about the instillation and would call me back with the schedule. She told me it would be Monday of the next week, and I would receive a call from the instillation crew when they were on their way. On the Monday, by noon, I had not received a call, so I called to see if the instillation was still on, and was told it was and the crew would call. The crew showed up about 4:30 PM, but no call. They finished just as it got too dark to see. The actual vendor was Carolina Sheds and Alan's Factory Outlet sells on commission and Carolina Sheds subcontracts the instillation. If I get another shed, and I might, I will look for another vendor.

Ordering was very simple with the choices given.
We were very happy with the carport, exactly like we thought it would be. Very professional installers. Couldn't be happier

You have the easiest website to shop at, I looked at others and came back to yours because shopping was simple and I picked out what I wanted with no help.

They job was quick and easy. The install team had a hard time with english but we were able to work through that after some time.

Site was quick and easy but delivery took way longer than I expected. Ordered one locally a couple of years ago and got it in 2 weeks.

Website was by far the only company that would let me make my own quote and know exactly what I was getting. Very customer friendly.
