I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Aldo for 400 dirhams. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. After wearing the sandals only once or twice, the fabric on the front side began to tear. Given the price, I had higher expectations for the quality and durability of the product. I hope Aldo takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their products. Customers should be able to rely on the durability of their purchases, especially when they are paying a significant amount.

When explicitly inquired for the order status over the call, Aldo said the order has been cancelled due to unforseen situation and the refund is initiated and we can not send you a replacement of an order. If you want the order again, you can place a new order.
It looks like aldo tries to cheat customer by first luring them to place an order during the sale and then cancel the and ask if you really want the order you can place the order again from the website (when the sale is already over) and pay the actual amount.
This was never expected from a big brand like Aldo. My recommendation is to never buy any product from aldo website.

The styles are cute, but I spent $95 on a pair of sandals that are already falling apart after the third wear. Not only that, they are making really loud noises. I sent the first pair back, and they sent me a new pair, but now this pair is making the noises again. They also rubbed my feet so much I got a blister. Really bad quality items, not worth the price. I won't be shopping here anymore. The style sandal I got was Abearith in white.
I bought my husband a pair of driving Mocs about a year ago. Within a month holes on both toes appear. I thought maybe this was just a one-time thing and we've gotten a weird pair. So I ordered the exact same shoe online 110.00. The second pair did the exact same thing with in 6 weeks holes in both toes. It's a design flaw in a big way. They said since I didn't return these within 90 days there's nothing they could do. Obviously I'll never buy Aldo Shoes again because they're cheap and poorly made.
I walked into Aldo Polo Park in winnipeg and the older man (about 50 yrs old) did not greet me whatsoever. He was on his phone for 5 whole minutes and when I interrupted his scrolling to ask for a size, he was extremely rude and made it feel like it was a hassle to get the size i wanted only for him to come back and tell me he doesn't have my size and went back to scrolling on his phone. When I had asked another employee for the same size in the same shoe, she politely helped me and brought out the size that the man said they didn't have.
I would never ever recommend this store for anyone to shop. The so called store manager was so rude, sarcastic and dismissive. She used foul language (Italian swear words) and laughed several times when I was talking to her. The store manager removed her mask several times to laugh with her colleague and her persona was so immature and unprofessional. My Shoes were too small I needed to exchange the shoes (a Christmas gift) and as mentioned this was her attitude and behaviour. On two occasions she behaved this way to myself and my husband! Never ever go to this store. Don't give your money to such a company who can hire such awful ill mannered staff!
I purchased a shoes from Aldo and worn them just once. The shoes hurt my leg very badly, because of the poor material.I had a wound on my both legs, and I couldn't recover for two months. I asked the customer service for a refund, but they told me they can't do anything, because they been worn. How can you try the shoes without wear them? I provided pictures to customer service with the proof I wear them just once and didn't expect that they will hurt my leg so badly!I feel frustrated that the company doesn't take care about their customers! That's not fair to sell poor quality product for such a high price! I was regular customer, but from now on I am not going to buy anything from them!

I purchased shoes from the Manhattan store, never looked at the bottom of the shoes. When I got home they were worn on the bottom, but the heels and sole are in good condition. My mother took pictures to show I did not wear them. I went to return that the Bay Ridge store, I explained to the young lady the issue, she then explained the issue to her manager whom did not want to hear what I was explaining to her and told me "Aldo would never sell shoes like that!" She told me I had to go back to the original store I purchased them. I felt she was claiming I wore them and was trying to return them. I will never purchase anything from Aldo and will not recommend this store to friends or family! Will go back to original store to see what they say.

Three days after confirming my internet order, ALDO sends an email saying, sorry the item you ordered is out of stock. And ". It may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process your refund."
Reputable businesses do not charge the customer's account until they ship the order. Neither do they take 3 days to determine that an item is out of stock.
Ordered a bunch of earrings, some of them came missing a few, some of them are broken. Terrible packaging. In store custom service ask me if I take an unblocking video?! On top of that I was not allowed to return earrings no matter what. When I check out online, the website did not remind me the earrings are final sale. I will post this with my social media apps and void this company in all cost!
Don't get them, they're cute but they got slightly wet as shoes do and the brown held onto my feet and it ruined my new carpet. They were given to me as a gift and I don't have a receipt so I can't return them. I contacted Aldo to let them know but they won't do anything about it without the proof of transaction. Huge disappointment for a $67.00 item, this is the quality you can expect from this company now.

For the past two years Aldo hasn't stock. It's as if the store is the looking glass for what they sell. From there you need to order online and hope the fit, feel and comfort are all there. Please Aldo, close up shop and give another vendor a chance. No stock is a worthless trip to your store.

I went to a store that actually had shows I could try on. Aldo, waste of time.
I purchased boots on 5th Ave NY on Oct 30,2021. I was asked if I needed the box or a bag. I opted for the bag as I am travelling overseas on Oct 31 (today). I no longer require the boots and decided to return them. Because I do not have the box I am unable to get refund of $141.58. No amount of explaining seems to work. Staff is very dismissive and there is no room for negotiation. I even tried for an exchange to no avail.
I bought a pair of winter boots and trusted the recommendations of the woman working there. Not only she mistaken me about the material but didn't assume responsibility for her mistake. When I wanted my money back as they let rain/water in they just said no and told be I should read the label. The employe did and lied. Do not buy there.

I've been wearing aldo boots for long time and wanted to get 2 pairs this black Friday and ordered online. It showed in- stock after 5 days they sent email saying one of my orders can't be sent as it's out of stock. Then why the heck not to update it on website?
Also the other pair that I ordered I got only one boot! What do you want me to do with one boot? Seriously. And also with lots of scratches. I couldn't go in store with kids that's why I ordered online now I have to go in store to get the other pair. Very poor ALDO
I made a purchase at regular price and requested for a price adjustment with 7 days due to a Black Friday promotion. However, the store refused to honor the terms. Nobody had explained how the policy worked when the purchase was made. The online customer service was not helping either. This is not fair and very disappointing with this unpleasant shopping experience.
Worst store I've been to. After wearing one of their shoes one time, the bottom of the shoes and front were ripping and getting ruined. I didn't even run or anything! We went to return them and they gave us such a hard time, saying that these shoes were worn so we can't return them. Well, obviously! We have to wear the shoes outside and inside to see if they're good. They told us that they'll take the shoes but I'd have to get another pair, So I did that and after the second or third use the shoes got absolutely teared apart. Shoes came just in time but packaging was very horrible to the point where the top of the shoe was scratch off from the box because the box was all bend up and now the shoe is ugly. So I recommend just getting shoes in store..
My son bought shoes at Aldo with my credit card. The second time he wore them they started to separate at a seam. He went to the store with his receipt and was told he needed the box to return run or exchange the shoe! It's now wonder they have such a terrible return policy if they have such defective shoes that they don't even last 2 wears.

I have been trying to print a return label but it's telling me that the order number or postcode are not valid. I have double checked and it's definitely correct.

I ordered a 9 and 1/2 pair of men's black shoes. They arrived in a few days with a handwritten sticker saying "9.5" on both shoes. Underneath the stickers the real shoe size had been marked out with a black marker on both shoes. I could not even get them on. So I called customer service who sent me an e-mail with a return form. As instructed I went to the ALDO store a Fashion Square to return them. They refused to accept them saying the form was the wrong form. Don't order from these people of you may get shoes with stickers that are the wrong size and a store that won't take them back.
ALDO is a very bad company. They are fraud. I ordered pair of shoes and handbag online. After 3 days I got a message handbag is out of stock. When I received the pair of shoes it was defective and they charged me GST and PST for both the items plus shipping as well. Don't purchase online from ALDO they are a big time fraud and will not refund you. They are not replying to my email as well.

I called to get tracking info on a purse that I received confirmation of that I ordered, the customer service rep. Began to tell me my credit card info was missing vital information and my order could not be filled, in the meantime I'm checking my email to see if I missed tracking info, I found an email from Aldo stating my order could not be filled because of "out of stock". I inform the representative my records show otherwise, now not only have I been charged for out of stock item, their customer service employee, is mis informed and offered me a 20% discount that was already a promotion on their website to the general public, I give this company 0 stars, I'm very disatisfied how they treat consumer.
