I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Aldo for 400 dirhams. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. After wearing the sandals only once or twice, the fabric on the front side began to tear. Given the price, I had higher expectations for the quality and durability of the product. I hope Aldo takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their products. Customers should be able to rely on the durability of their purchases, especially when they are paying a significant amount.

This is Debalina. I bought a shoe around 6 months before. It was very expensive and I bought it with other stuff of Aldo like another sport shoe and sun glasses and earrings.
This is the 1st time I am having such worst expensive that after wearing it once... the shoe tore immediately within 4 days, so I complained about it to my nearest store. They said they will change it for me and they will give me a better piece. The next piece they gave, I had the same experience. It tore the moment I wanted to wear it.
Since then, they have been trying to fix the shoe and I did not get an opportunity to wear it. I am absolutely frustrated with the brand and I am gonna write about it to my local officer. This is not the service you give or make your customer experience. This is totally cheating. And taking money from customers without any service or product.
I have still not collectd my shoes, it's been 3 weeks since the last time they took the shoe for repairing.
And today I got a call saying they can repair. I want my money back immediately.
I don't ever wish to shop from ALSO. This is really horrible the service you are providing.
Please let me know what's to be done going forward. I will give the details of the purchase and share the pictures Everytime I went to the outlet to complain about the shoe and nothing happened or no action was taken.

This was the email I sent to them. Still my shoes are with them. I didn't even wear it once, it use to tear, they promised to repair. Now after keeping the shoes with them for several months, they are telling it's beyond repair. My question is why the hell did you keep the shoe with you for so long. It's totally a case of harassment. Because I called several time, they said that they are still repairing and now they are saying it's beyond repair. I am extremely pissed with the service and it's the worst Brand ever. I am going to post it everywhere. Terrible service and cheaters. They also know that they are at fault.

MY FAMILY AND I WENT TO CUMBERLAND MALL AND THE SALES LADY WHO I ASSUME IS A MANAGER WAS DRESSED LIKE A STRAIGHT STRIPPER. SHE HAS OBVIOUS FAKE BREAST WHICH IS NEITHER HERE OR THERE BUT SHE HAD ON A SHIRT CUT STRAIGHT OPEN DOWN THE MIDDLE WITH LARGE SAFETY PINS IN LIEU OF BUTTONS TO KEEP THE SHIRT ON. HOWEVER HER ENTIRE CHEST AND HALF OF HER BREAST WERE EXPOSED TO EVERY CUSTOMER. IT IS SATURDAY 11/7/2020 SO MALL IS PACKED. THE STORE WAS JAMMED PACKED BUT MOST OF THE FELLAS WERE CHECKING OUT TITS AND AZZ AND IN THE WAY. THE STORE IS ALREADY SMALL. I GET TO THE COUNTER AREA AND MET BY SILCONE TITS... I TURNED GRABBED MY KIDS AND LEFT. I SHOP AT ALDO OFTEN AND EACH TIME SHE IS ON DUTY SO ARE TITS AND AZZ! FIX IT OR I'LL TAKE MY COMPLAINT TO NOT ONLY BBB BUT THE MALL OFFICE AS WELL. Poor customer service. Would not accept return of unworn shoes which were wrong size. Won't be shopping there again.

I went into the ALDO store in West Vancouver which is out of my way, I was looking for shoes for my daughters wedding, I found a great pair. I was not approached until I started to talk to my mother about another pair that I had seen ( theses ones would look better though). Behind me at the service counter I overheard a lady asking for a refund or exchange for a pair of shoes she wore 1 time at her mothers funeral. The sales lady was so rude to her I was getting so upset with her, the girl that finally heard me compare these shoes to another pair finally came over to ask if I needed a size & pulled out a little blackberry type thing scanned the shoe &/said no only in ( 2 sizes that were not mine) & then just walked away. Didn't think to suggest a different pair, went over to gang up on this customer with the other sales lady. So I said loud enough so they'd hear me " let's go get the other shoes, I can't stand to be here any longer.". The kicker for me is that Ive worked for The ALDO group starting p/ t with the Pegabo division which no longer exists, then p/t to f/t to manager with ALDO, the the handbags & luggage division as a manager which no longer exists all in Ontario then my daughter & I were transferred out here. With the Access division as a manager to help build the brand. Then I really missed the ALDO division so I moved back over as a manager. I remember the level of C/S that was expected of us & now I'm just so disappointed when I go into or walk by a store, it's like there's no accountability anymore. I've even called the head office. In total I've worked for the ALDO Group for about 15-17yrs.( they had just gone into England when I left) I told the lady in customer service my 1st negative experience, expecting a bit more than " ok thanks for letting us know" I don't know exactly what but maybe some assurance that a supervisor would look into it like they did back in my time with them.

I ordered a shoe in two different sizes. I used a 15% coupon. It took the first shoe over a week to arrive and the second over two weeks. In the interim, the shoe was marked down by 50%. When the shoes arrived, they both were a bit dirty and looked like they had been worn/scuffed on the bottom. I decided to keep the size 8, because I can't find another shoe in the color. I attempted to return the size 7.5 to the Easton Town Center location and was accused of wearing the shoes and they wouldn't accept the return. I have footage of my unboxing (which I will put on my YouTube video about this), so I can prove they were sent to me in this condition.
I called the customer service line to get a label for the return and to explain the situation. I also mentioned that the size 8 has a markdown sticker for $69.98. Aldoshoes.com made the decision to not honor neither the 50% markdown nor the price on the label that was placed on the shoes by one of their employees. So, in short, I was sold used merchandise--during COVID--which was shipped from two different stores. This exemplifies that this is common business practice for Aldo Shoes. I visited their Easton location to try to get this fixed, and they decided to insult me the first time and turn me away the second time. So, at the very least they owe me gas money, 2 hours of my life, and this company should be penalized for false advertisement. Anyhow, I can't wait to make a video on my channel about this messy situation. I will be sure to tag their IG as well. More people need to know about their disturbing, disgusting business practices--especially during COVID-19.
The Easton location also was functioning with having COVID-positive. The manager told me that. I guess it was supposed to evoke empathy, but that's disgusting and dangerous to the public.

I purchased a purse on sale in store and tried to apply my SPC discount; was told that the my SPC wasn't applicable because the item was on sale. I assured the associate that the SPC discount was applicable to sale items as I have used it many times prior, but she still refused. When I left the store, I checked the SPC online details and sure enough - I was right! I talked to the ALDO store manager at the Limeridge Mall location (AlLICIA) and even SHE refused to honour the discount as she said "it's enough of a sale discount already". I called into the ALDO head office and spoke with EDDIE (Regional Stores Manager) and he apologized and assured me that I should have received my SPC discount. He then proceeded to offer me a "20% off my next purchase on any REGULAR PRICED item" - someeee compensation *sarcasm* for the money I lost and the wasted time on this whole situation! He also put a "time restriction" on the offer of 1.5 months.
I expressed my disappointment with his offer to "resolve the situation"; he just said "I'm sorry you feel that way".
I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING AT ALDO AGAIN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The Manager of your store in Chinook Centre Shopping Mall Calgary is USELESS and IRRESPONSIBLE! And one of your sales floor associates does not want your business to grow by lying to the customers.
Here is my disgusting shopping experience at ALDO Store at Chinook Centre Mall:
I shopped in your store on Sunday, March 27. I saw a gorgeous pair of shoes that I want to buy. I asked your sales associate my size. But she said, she does not have my size and she hurries to leave me, but I asked her to check the stock online and then I can order it. She checked it quickly and said, 'No", there's nothing online of your shoe size", and she dismissed me. I felt being unwanted as a customer but even so, I bought a pair of shoes of another style. But while am trying other shoes. I keep hearing the sales associate, telling to other customers that the size they're looking for is not available. Every customer that asked her for their size to try on, your sales girl would always tell this "No, I don't have them anymore, those are my last pair"... When I heard her telling to random customers the same answer, I started to question if the sales associate was being honest. It's very impossible that all the shoes in display and different styles would have no more available size for random customers. So when I got home, I went to your website and checked the shoes that I wanted. And to my surprise, my size is available and it is even available in the store. I could not believe why did your sales associate lie to me? Is she that lazy to bring in the shoes and therefore just lied to us! And I felt sorry for other customers that she lied to (I'm sure the shoes that they're looking for are also available). I was upset! But I cannot go to the store right away because I'm busy with my work the whole week. So the next Saturday (April 2). I went to Aldo store to pick up my order. And when I got them, I asked the sales girl (this is a different sales associate). Where is their manager so I can speak to her about my bad experience last weekend. She replied that their manager is at the backroom and is busy. But she said she will call her anyway. The sales associate went to the backroom for about 5 minutes. And then when she came back to me. She said, she spoke to the manager about my bad shopping experience. And the manager instructed her to just let me report my shopping experience to Aldo Customer Service online. I was very disappointed with how your Aldo store manager responded to this kind of situation. She didn't come out and talk to me in person and at least apologize. She is rude and very unprofessional. Her job as a manager is USELESS! She and that liar sales floor associate lady must be fired! They will ruin your business if this kind of work ethic is condoned. As an Aldo regular customer, I hope that my voice is heard and my complaint is well taken care of. Thank you.
Tonight 12/12/19 around 9pm, I went to the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua New-Hampshire, located on the Daniel Webster Highway and experienced the worst customer service possible. First when I went into the store, which only had myself & my boyfriend and another customer who was looking at men shoes in the store. The woman that was working was dressed in sweatpants and a tee-shirt, which is not the type of attire that I have ever seen at any Aldo store. When I simply brought the shoe up to her and asked if this shoe was included in the 50 percent off sale, her exact words were "I don't know where did you get the shoe" I walked back over to the section where I got the shoe and she said NO it's not on sale. I then asked her if she could help me locate the Aurella boot in black and she said that store doesn't have that shoe brand. Which I knew was a lie because I was at the Burlington location the day before. I tried to explain that the Burlington location didn't have a size 6 in stock and that's why I came to Pheasant lane to see if they happened to have that shoe in stock. She then proceeded to tell me that Burlington and the Pheasant lane location do not carry the same brand of shoes and or style. At this point she is yelling this from across the store because she couldn't take the time to get up from behind the desk and politely talk to me. She didn't even bother to get up ONCE to come help me at-least look for the shoe. Meanwhile, I pulled up your website online and was able to find the shoe myself without her assistance. After the awful experience that I encountered with your employee, I choose to leave the store because of how RUDE she was. I then went home and purchased the exact shoe that I was looking for online and selected a in-store pickup, which included both the Burlington location and the Pheasant Lane mall location. Also, the shoe was available online which included the 50 percent off sale. That was the first time I've ever experienced an employee like her that has worked at Aldo. Worst experience ever.
