I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Aldo for 400 dirhams. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. After wearing the sandals only once or twice, the fabric on the front side began to tear. Given the price, I had higher expectations for the quality and durability of the product. I hope Aldo takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their products. Customers should be able to rely on the durability of their purchases, especially when they are paying a significant amount.

I PLACED AN ORDER WITH ALDO ON THE 24TH THEY TOOK MY CASH SENT ORDER CONFIRM. IT TOOK THEM 5DAYS TO EMAIL ME BACK AND STATE MY ITEMS WAS OUT OF STOCK AND SORRY HERES A FREE SHIPPING COUPON AND WE WILL REFUND YOUR $$ IN 10DAYS. REALLY 10DAYS IT TOOK YOU 1 MINUTE TO TAKE IT OUT MY ACCOUNT

For some reasons No matter how much I get frustrated with Aldo overrated prices & inferior quality materials, silly me always end up buying again from them regardless... Cause yes one thing they do always have on point is some trendy styles... Their design team is for sure the only reason why they still in business to this day since all other aspects of the brand is at 0.
Each time I end up mad at myself to overlook the mediocre quality of their products. Most often than not shoes are uncomfortable af... Without mentionning the exaggerated price tag that comes with it. This brand doesnt value AT ALL their customers they just want money & always fail to deliver the lowest standards for their products.
Over the past 10 years i bought regulary from them and always kept my frustrations silent but today i had enough.
They make online shopping experience horrible by not even hiring models to atleast pose with their shoes lol thats how much greedy is Aldo. Hope im done with them for real this time.
But If im honest with myself thats probably not my last time purchasing some Aldo.
I must admit that im a fashion slave i guess But at least things are said

My husband has always loved buying shoes from Aldo's he has been a loyal customer for years. Recently he ordered 2 pairs of boots he loved one in brown and one in black. When we received the black boots they were very damaged the bottom of the shoe wasn't even connected to the shoe and the shoes looked like they had been worn multiple times they were very dirty. We drove 2 hours to exchange the shoes we went to city creek in Salt Lake City, Utah the girl that helped us said she was the manager. She didn't seem at all sorry for the shoes we had received and actually said this happens sometimes. So "sometines" customer get damaged shoes? And she said yes! She than said she was willing to give us 10% off of our next purchase. 10% really? We just drove 2 hours to exchange these shoes waited 2 weeks to receive the shoes and now we are about to wait another 2 weeks to receive the shoes. I told her I wanted her to call the corporate office and send them a picture of the shoes so this doesn't happen again to anyone else. And than she said ok I will give you 20 % off of your next purchase I think she just said that so she didn't have to do all the work of sending the picture and writing or calling the corporate office I am so upset with this company and I told my husband to never order from them again. We will take our money else where from now on. The worst customer service and seems like they didn't really care about how damaged the shoes were

Well, my card gave me 15% and Aldo gave me another 20 if I bought 3, and I'll tell ya, I wish I'd bought none. Nothing is true-to-size in my batch, and it's all going to the Salvation Army. The first, the toe came to a point, which isn't my style at all, and who knows, maybe it didn't seem too pointed online. But these were for a skinny foot to start with, and became narrower in a painful way until it reached the impossible tip. The second pair are a sneaker-type, but the upper heel of one was separated from the inner part. It wasn't a rip, it was a flaw. These are really too tight anyway. The 3rd pair came last, and to be truthful, they've been on the floor beside me for 3 weeks and I haven't even bothered myself with them. THAT'S FAITH IN MANUFACTURING!
I should've known if the cards are giving out percentages, that the products just aren't moving, and usually for an obvious reason. If you find yourself at their site, look around if you must but, take it from this guy thrice burnt -- click the hell outa there and go find a name you can go with.

1. Horrible experience at Southpoint Mall in Durham, NC. The store have ordered a pair of shoes that was shipped to the same store. They said they will call me when the shoes arrive but that never happened. After almost a month I had to callthestore. The sales rep (clame to be a store manager) hang up on me in the middle of my explanation about the reason for my call. Thay had my phone number on file but no returned call so no doubt that the sales representative hung up on me.
2. Misrepresentation: couple of people introduced themselves as a store manager where in reality it is only one store manager.
3. They B. S. about the return policy. Make sure you call Canadian customer service to get the right information regarding the return policy (if you decide to buy anything).
After the complains and wasted time on the phone with sales rep, customer service and the "District Manager" (so she said she is) i asked: "so what do I get in return for all this hassle?" The answer was "NOTHING".
From my shopping experience in Canada any store manager, let alone a district manager, would offer some forme of discount on your next purchase or a voucer in any Canadian Aldo store in this kind of circumstances.

My daughter decided at the last minute that she wanted a purse that Aldo have. I had bought one for her sister online from Aldo for Christmas last year. I checked the website and the closet store that had it available is 80 miles one way. I ordered online because they guaranteed that if you "ordered by December 18th you'll receive your gift by December 24th." After entering my credit card information and hitting the submit button, I was told that I would have my order on December 26th. I called customer service and was told that they are working on the sentence on the website. I asked if my present would be delivered by the 24th and the customer service rep said that it should but couldn't guarantee that it would be. After cancelling the order, I asked when would I receive the money back to my credit card and was told about 3-5 business days, which would be about the whole week. Please don't GUARANTEE your customers that you can deliver, when you know that you can't. You've lost a customer Aldo.

I purchased a pair of shoes in Las Vegas and brought them home to Charleston wanting to return them, and found that the store in my Charleston had closed due to the pandemic. I travelled to the closest Columbia hoping to return the shoes and be done but was told by the manager that he could not return them as they had looked worn. The shoes still had tape around the strap and had never been worn. He told me that i had to call customer service if I wanted to return them. I called customer service, sent pictures of my receipt and the shoes, which they sent a return label. I received a return label and sent the shoes back and were delivered to ALDOS on 11/16/2020. I have called multiple times regarding my refund and each time I'm told, there is another team the does the refund and I should have the funds deposited into my back account within 2 weeks. I received an email from *******@aldo.com stating they have an error from my bank information and to resend the info which I did on 11/29/2020. I still have yet to receive the funds back for these shoes. I have called multiple times with my ticket # and explained the situation over and over. Today when I called, they are saying that the refund team is on vacation until January and I may not receive the money until mid January which is unacceptable.

I had a very bad experience not only with your product but also how it was handled at the store. I was in one of your stores which had some kind of sale in it. I liked a shoe but they didn't have the size so they ordered it online and I paid for it then and there. It arrived ahead of time, but the left shoe had a different sole than the right shoe. Clearly a manufacturing defect (I even have pictures which I will post later) so I tried online customer service and they told me that I can only return in a store and not online since this is an old model (please tell me what return has got to do with it). Still so far so good, immediately on the same day I went to a store near by(different from the one I purchased from) since it was online ordered I had the online receipt and the courier stamp with details and all. The girl at the counter said that she cannot refund me, because she needed the receipt, hard copy. Now here it is where it gets disgusting... when I complained that the shoes are defective she told me that's why you got them this cheap... So, in other words Aldo is not responsible for defective shoes, on the other hand I am... Then why is Aldo selling shoes? Even if you sell a shoe for one cent you should own the responsibility of it being a good shoe else don't sell the effed up shoe. She even called her manager as we asked her to, and she said... " You know that shoe that is one year old model, some people paid cheap price for it and that's why it is defective now they want to return it"... The damn shoe was on sale... Then she told me. "let me give you one tip, if shoes are that cheap then don't buy them"... I mean what the f man? You as a company sell defected shoes and when people take them you harass them... Now we tell this incident to everyone we meet to save them from the humiliating incidents like we had. Needless to say, we are never going in any Aldo store again...

First of all I WAS a big fan of Aldo shoes, owns about 12 pairs of their shoes, However I saw a shoes (NYDINIEL, in yellow/ mustard) on their website and immediately love the shoes thought it would go perfect with my all white outfit in which it did. The sad part of it I wore it the next day after I purchased it and it only last me me a bout 2 hours before someone came up to me and said "you have a huge hole on the side of you shoes" I was in shock, I was so disappointed, I had no choice but to keep it on until I get home. The next day I took it back to the store, when I walked up to the counter the store Rep didn't look pleased at all knowing I was making a return, her attitude was very out of place, I never felt so disappointed as she told me she won't be able to do a return because the shoes already worn and that the only way is to make another purchase and use that credit. I didn't saw anything else that I really like at the moment and beside I lost the trust and confidence I had in Aldo and their shoes. Now am stuck with a damaged shoes that last me not even 2 hours and cost me almost $100 until I see something I like to use that credit. Sad to say but that's the last Aldo shoes for me.

I used to love Aldo for their cute purses that didn't look cheap but had an affordable price.
The last time I made an order which was the beginning of summer(around the end of May, it's now late August), I purchased 2 handbags. Both of them are cute. But around the same time both bags which I've went back and fourth with, have since had quality issues since they both have had started "falling apart" withing a week of one another. The 1st bag(Radgal was the name of this pink bag and it has a chain with plastic gummy bears), the chain strap was only held on by a tiny sewn on piece of fake leather. That piece came off. I'm going to try to fix that but the one I am really upset about is the "Heirloom" purse I got in white. It was $75 and still is the same price. It has 10 large gems on the front that have gold around them. Well, I noticed that a gem along w a tiny golden snake came off. I looked everywhere and couldn't find where it fell off at due to the lack of glue or whatever adhesive Aldo uses. I could probably glue it back on somehow but now I am unable to find it, I have this ugly fake foil looking gold piece on the bag where the large gem once was. This bag was my favorite and am so disappointed. The quality has went downhill, like most everything it seems. Oh, and I was still using the bag for the following week until I got another and 2 more "gems" came off. So guess they have an expiration date? So disappointed.
I haven't been rough with these bags and I do take care of my stuff. More so than ever since the quality of products available have truly went downhill unless you can justify spending hundreds or thousands on a purse which probably isn't made too much better. Save yourself the money and disappointment and steer clear of Aldo products. Sad since I personally love unique cute clothing and accessories that don't look cheap and sadly it's getting harder to find things that are affordable that are cute and not boring.

Tip for consumers:
I wish Aldo would allow customers that have purchased these products to be able to review them on their site and show photos of said product(s). This would be helpful and also the most important thing would be if they'd up their quality. Seems so many companies are getting greedy and they keep raising their prices on these products but they are cutting corners by using cheaper materials and almost making them so they only last so long so we(the consumers) have to purchase another.

I purchased 2 handbags on Aldo Shoes online site. I also bought a key chain and a necklace that I am afraid to use too often in fear of them breaking like my bags have. The purse names are Heirloom and Radgal.

Horrible feeling when you have a great positive attitude to know youre shoes have arrived and to know the same manger Juan said sorry people make mistakes when the box is open and its the wrong shoes and if you want a refund or wait another week for the shoes how could you even believe this would happen an important event and brushed off like the rest of the Aldo stores in Md yes people make mistakes but when someone just so blunt like oh well now I see why everyone wrote a bad review and its a horrible one never again will I waste my money in Aldo store again Ill rather go any where else to spend my money. Todays customer service was horrible like one day you want to be nice the next you telling youre assistance manger figure it out nasty to youre employee and come to me and say this happens people make mistakes now deal with it or refund in front my son and my little brother and I but the funny thing is everyone will get to hear me my friends and family dont bother in Aldo ordering the shoe people make mistakes but they will just tell you wait another week 7 days or refund and youre event is not a big deal now Ima go else where and still here waiting to resolve this issue that wasnt even my fault Nd I understand people make mistakes but to not get them sooner or even Empathy is disappointing Never again Thanks for this horrible experience it was to good to be true.

1st time I ordered from Aldo they send me the wrong color. 2nd time one shoe was defective as it read at a size 7.5, but was undeniably much smaller then the other shoe sized the same. Still, I pass on ordering because they do such a poor job at it. I have still continued to purchase from the store because I love the style and wear.

I own my own company and decided that despite other issues, I want to partner with them. I will handle the orders with my service and act as a liaison to ensure service. This, would be no issue for me.

I haven't received one call back. They seem to care very little for their customers and much less for someone WANTING to work with them. It baffles me the responses that I received from this company. In the past 3 months I have independently purchased over 300.00 in shoes, 110.00 in jewelry and about 100.00 in hand bags and accessories... with the poor ordering and then being completely swatted off like I do not matter. I am finding that there are blessings in the sorted dealings of life and being treated this way is one of them. I won't shop with Aldo again. I won't bring my daughters to Aldo again. With better brands and 2 of which have contacted me immediately (more expensive, high end, quality brands) which I am currently partnered with and actively selling moreover 50 units A DAY! I no longer wish to purchase nor work with Aldo.

I wanted to look outside of my experiences as I have enjoyed wearing this brand for many years. But the fact of the matter is. They may be picky about who sells them, but I am more picky about selling them to my customers. If this is the kind of treatment that my customers could potentially face and poor order fulfillment... why would I want my name affiliated with that?

Thank you Aldo and it's representatives for pushing me aside. After the other companies heard of the treatment, they were all too eager to work with me. If not for you, I would have made a mistake and cost my companies reputation.

Good luck on your endeavors and keeping not yet lost loyalties.

This company has very legitimately stolen $135 from me.

I have never had such a terrible experience before. I have been in contact with ALDO customer service FOUR times. I had ordered one pair of high heel shoes and one pair of men's dress boots. First of all, the dress boots were almost 3 full inches smaller in length than what was suggested in the size chart. Second of all, the shoes were NEVER EVEN SHIPPED. Like, seriously, I asked two customer service agents why this was the case after ten full business days, and they couldn't even tell me. I was told to wait a week and reach back out. The third customer service agent finally said they would "make an exception and cancel the shoes", and that they were "having an issue returning my boots through the sites return process and would have to manually create a label through UPS for me"... lo-and-behold, two weeks later, I sent the shoes back, and my return label through UPS is completely inaccessible and non-existent. The third customer service agent said that they and DID in fact find the boots in a warehouse, and would refund me for my order in 2-5 business. When asked to confirm that I would be refunded in full they disconnected the chat. The fourth customer service agent tried to tell me that there was no record of the boots being returned, and once they said that they checked an "old chat"... same thing. Told I would get a refund with no refund. They sent two emails confirming my refund through "cybercustomer support", but yet here I am without the additional $130.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I beg you, don't order through them online... I'm fairly certain that they just wait until people get frustrated enough and then just take your money. Really sad for a big Corp to do this to families, especially 2 weeks from the holidays.
