I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Aldo for 400 dirhams. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. After wearing the sandals only once or twice, the fabric on the front side began to tear. Given the price, I had higher expectations for the quality and durability of the product. I hope Aldo takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their products. Customers should be able to rely on the durability of their purchases, especially when they are paying a significant amount.

My experience with Aldo Shoes on 125th in Harlem and online: I picked out boots at the store. I didn't have my credit card so I asked the salesperson do I run home and come back or do they have stock. He said don't worry about it. They always have these boots every year because they sells well. And, this was just the beginning of the season so more would be coming. That was on Thursday. I returned on Monday, no boots on display. I asked where's the boots? They didn't have any. But they should come in Tuesday or Thursday shipments. I called the store Wednesday to check that the boots were in. I was told 'last week all these particular boots were packed and shipped to the city (I guess meaning downtown Manhattan) because they didn't feel the boots would sell in Harlem.' (Me: Really?). It was suggested I go on line. I went on line my size was not available. I tried to contact customer service. After 25 minutes no one answered the call. Judging from this negative experience I won't ever step foot in their store again or go on their website. Too many untruths, lack respect for customers and lack of customer service. The boots seemed nice but not worth the lousy service. Be aware.

Ive been ordering from aldo for a long time now. In the past 2-3 months ive purchased many shoes from them. This time however, I had one order and both shoes were wrong. I got sent two left feet for one order, and another order they sent me a totally different pair of shoe. When I called to complain, their response was that "it was strange it happened in the same order as both were sent from different places." wtf? They acted as if I was making up stories or something- crazy jerks. I have to now go to an aldo store and return and get a refund- that's not fair to me. Ive had to pay and wait for shoes, that were defective or incorrect and i get no compensation for this and worse get treated as if im lying? What kind of stupid sick company is this... they should send me out another pair at no cost of at least one of the shoes for their stupid errors. The idiots that run aldo are jerks and don't care about customers at all and bad business practices. Why should anyone have to send back defective pairs of shoes to get the ones they paid for?

This has to be the worst company that I have ever, EVER, had to deal with.

Due to the vagueness of their hat sizes (S, M, L), we ordered two on the expectation that we could return the one that didn't fit. We initiated the return of the incorrect-sized hat on the day that we received them, which was subsequently approved by Aldo. Two weeks after we returned them we received notification that the hat had arrived in their warehouse but the return was rejected on the grounds that hats cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. When I queried this they informed me that "Our website states that accessories etc cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. We expect our customers to be aware of the returns policy when deciding to return items".
On checking their website, hats are not categorised as accessories, so their explanation is incorrect. I have written back to them to explain this in great detail but I have heard nothing since despite sending two reminders.

It's now well over a month since the item was returned (as new) and nothing. They haven't even offered to return the hat to me! At the moment I am £27 out of pocket and their so-called Customer Service team has gone to ground.

In all my years of buying online, this has to be the worst Company I have ever had to deal with.

STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS.

About 6 missing gems clearly have been worn before messy glue all over Soo disappointed they didn't offer replacements only a return after reaching out multiple times.

I will never shop at ALDO ever again! I ordered shoes on time for Christmas so I could avoid any issues. The shoes arrived on time, but one of the boxes which I find odd arrived damaged and the other box was perfectly fine. The bag was also in good condition which leads me to believe that ALDO sent me the box this way. Aldo can sure afford better packaging considering their damn shoes cost so daaaaaaaamn much! Anyway I desperately called and had them overnight me another pair, of course I had to pay again let me tell you, UPS seems to have lost the package since it's been 10 days! I called ALDO today and they cant do anything of course. They want me to pay for the same damn pair of shoes 3 times! They are ridiculous if they think I will be spending anymore money on this crappy company. I am so upset that there was nothing they could do for me. Customer service is horrible here, on amazon you can easily replace a damaged package and they will only charge if you do not return the package. Aldo should implement some sort of policy like this for the inconvenience. Afterall they are the ones that have decided to use UPS which everyone knows is the worst. I hate you ALDO! You freaking suck.

The worst service everr! I ordered shoes 3months back i looked for the package for a month and then i called them that i didnot receive any shoes. They cancelled old order and placed new order butt they didnot refund me the old order money and the new order was shipped one shoe with size 41 and the other 38 how ridiculous and again i spoke to customer service they said sorry asusual but still i didnot get my right order! For this fuc***g 2 aldo orders i went almost 4 times to store to get my money refund back and for the right order both didnot happen till noww and its disgusting!

The sales Man, Rabih, in le mall Dbayeh - Lebanon, refused to exchange a small item at 41 USD, that was a gift from secret santa. He shouted and screamed and objected in front of all the custumers... Unfortunately this is NOT a respectful behavior towards very kind clients. We are Top Animation, Zumbamania, Zumba kids, BodynMind and SportsMania, we request an apology with full respect from Aldo, (Rabih in person) to our relatives. Merry Christmas!

The Aldo branch in Tsawwassen Mills is the worst I have ever visited, horrible customer service and they cheated on my subjects the staff pretended not to know the prices and promotions and when I let them know, they cheated on the recipe, I found it out when I got home, they were so rude and like just want to grab your money from your pocket and then get rid of you.

Leather started coming out after 3-4 times use, don't buy ALDO.
Sent a complain twice to their customer care but they don't care once the product is sold.
Don't waste your money on ALDO just a hype.

I had the worst experience shopping at Aldo Canada Vaughan Mill location this evening. They used the tricking scam of 30% to cheat the customer, they put 30% off sign on top of the shoes box which I intended to buy, and the sales girl told me that the shoes I intended to buy had 30% off $120.00, she took me to the cashier who intended to charge me $135.60 tax in without any discount, I mentioned to her that the sales girl told me that there would be 30% off for the shoes I chose, she said that she talked to the manager that there was no discount at all. I mentioned to her that you confused the customers by telling two different stories, and she was mad saying very rudely that you either take it or leave it.
I talked to the store manager who said that she was not the owner of the store, she could not give any discount, and apologized for it. It seemed to me that this location was trying to discount sign trick to cheat the customers.
I will never go to the same store to buy anything again.

Today my boyfriend and I went into Aldo. Without noticing a sign suggesting not to touch accessories, he tried on a pair of sunglasses. We were asked politely by an employee (who admitted the sign was small) not to try them on, so he apologized and put them back. My boyfriend then decided he wanted to buy the same pair he'd already touched as well as another pair as there was a 2-for-1 deal, so he decided on a second pair. I suggested that since he was 100% intending to buy them, he might as well try them on. Then a different employee who had been watching us the whole time told us to immediately leave the store after trying on the second pair. We tried to explain that we were going to buy the sunglasses and therefore didn't see the harm in wearing them, but he dismissed our plea and repeatedly told us to leave. We continued to tell he we wanted to buy them and we would take the display ones so he could replace them with a fresh set from the back. He then called us 'ignorant' for touching the glasses despite being told we couldn't. We literally still wanted to buy the glasses despite having the worst customer service experience ever but were denied by this employee. He refused to hear us out and then proceeded to called security. We would not recommend going to the West Edmonton Mall Aldo.

My wife and I purchased three pairs of shoes at the ALDO store inside the Tyler Mall in Riverside, California on 11/17/2023. At checkout the the store manager (Sabrina) only put two pairs of shoes in the bag. We realize this when we got home. The mall closes at 8:00PM so we were not able to go back the same day. We returned the next day and told the cashier of the issue, the store manager was standing next to the cashier and she remembered my wife and I. She said " I remember you" Told us to hold on and went to the back room. When she came back her attitude was very rude and told us that she had giving us two pairs in the bag and one without a bag. I than told her that was not the case and asked her to check the store cameras. She told me she couldn't check the cameras and there was nothing else she would do and we had to leave the store. I than told her " do you really think we would be coming back if we had the shoes?" I asked her a second time to check the cameras, she said she could not and she was going to call security. She went to the backroom my wife and I waited. She came back and I asked her to give me the contact information to corporate and her supervisor, she told us "get it your self". I asked a second time and she fully ignore the request. I told her "are you going to ignore me?" and she just went on with no response. Security never came. We're out a pair of shoes, the condescending attitude and lack of effort to resolve a customer's concern from a store manager (Sabrina) is a reflection of the lack of service training from ALDO to their store leaders.

I had ordered a pair of shoes online, and i had accidentally ordered the wrong pair. I had went to store to do an exchange and at the time they didn't have the store in the size i needed to in stock. So i have been checking online to see when they did receive them back in stock for the size i needed.
For the past couple days I've been attempting to contact my local store to confirm they do have them in the size i need and have them be put on hold since my local Aldo is neatly a 30-40 minute drive with/without traffic. Unfortunately no one has ever seemed to answer the phone to this location and i have called nearly 10 times in the past couple days to speak with someone. This morning i double checked to see if they had them in stock, which they did, and check the time the store open which was 10am.
I arrived yo the mall where this location is at right around 10:40. The door were locked, lights were off, and no one was in sight. I waited around for an hour to see if anyone would like to actually show up to their job and to no ones surprise. No one was here. Attempted the call again and the phone just rang and no answer yet again.

I truly don't know what has happened to this generation where there is 0 work ethic or managers who can actually hire someone who can handle their roles. Don't work in customer service if this is how customers are treated. 10/10 do not recommend the Annapolis mall Aldo, in fact i don't recommend Aldo.

A bag I bought for 150 SGD six months earlier broke and when I went back to ask if they could help me with this problem, Alyssa in Aldo Singapura plaza immediately informed me that a recent change of management meant that they are not responsible for any problem that occurred with a product that was purchased before the change.

NO recommendable Aldo's Shoes! The shoes began to grind when I tried them on with my night-out dress, never used to wear, I went back to the store and try to return and they said no, the manager was so rude to me and ask me to call the customer service, ATX total NO NO NO recommendable!

Tip for consumers:
Never buy at Aldo's -Shoes are poor quality

Robson store people is very unprofessional, I complained about a shoe that I bought 2days ago and I had a blister on my foot from wearing it once, anyway I didn't want a refund but I want to get a different one so they try to convince me that it will be okay so I left and will never be back

Saw a necklace that I liked and placed an order. Money was deducted, confirmation email received... only to receive an email a few days later that they did in fact did not have the item in stock anymore and that my refund would be issued within 10 working days. A few weeks later I went back to the site to see what was happening with the order when I spotted the item again and wow! It was available again. Again, placed an order, payment was deducted from my card and confirmation email was received. Only to get yet another email to state that the item was no longer available and the amount would be refunded.
It has been weeks and weeks now, no refund on either of the two orders and yes; the item is still listed as available and ready to be purchased. Why, oh why would they continue pretending that the item is available unless they were trying to milk their online customers out of money...!?!?!?!
My email has not been responded to and the customer service contact number had me wait 45minutes + after which I could not wait any longer.
Please, please, NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Place order online for some boots I needed for work. Paid using Afterpay and then got directed to an error page refresh still said error so safe to assume my order didn't go through. Placed another one using a different method of payment to avoid the same issue (maybe it was Afterpay?) Checked my email see that I now have two orders confirmed coming out my bank account for the same item. Tried to get help with this issue hoping they could cancel one of the orders. Nope. They disabled their email line and their customer service doesn't open on the weekends at all. So basically I'm stuck paying for the duplicate. Wait til Monday when they reopen to see if they could actually help as per customer service job description and as someone who also works in the industry request they RTS the pkg as it was a duplicate. Customer chat agent says no they can't do anything or won't even though it was their website that malfunctioned. The whole time during the chat I kept getting error messages being sent from their end under the agent's name Jasmine. So basically confirms their website barely functions and is a scam. At the end of that unbearable chat they ask me to fill in a survey so I can win a $259 gift card for my experience. Dead. What a bunch of clowns. If they don't fix this they going bankrupt a second time. Cuz that was not customer service … what did they offer except no? We won't help you even though this order mess up was Aldo's responsibility,

I purchased a purse online November 26,2017. Received an email stating Purse will be at the store in Las Vegas_Meadows Mall got there and Purse was not there. Talked to some young girl with braces claiming the order wasnt there and would have to come back tomorrow. When I requested a refund she then snapped gave me attitude rolled her eyes. You honestly think I want to come back tomorrow after getting attitude? I live across town and figured since Im off late ship it to the store and not receive at home since I work late hours. Ive tried calling this store and the phone has been ringing for hours if not busy: I contacted the Mall Mangaement to see if they had another number spoke to Kathleen and was very helpful. She was nice enough to send Security down to the store and come to find out the phone has been down for months after reading the reviews from June. Who doesnt follow up on things like that? You are losing customers! Management is obviously not involved, no way. If you were,(RUBY) you would send an A TECH to see whats going on. I contacted the 1800 number and some big headquarters person is suppose to contact me.

I visited an Aldo store this afternoon in Bay terrace in Bayside and they made me feel discriminated against when I asked in English if I could use a coupon that I had, she told me that she did not understand me and called the man who at that moment arrived with deliveries of ups and she told him look if you understand him I don't speak Spanish, I'm was talk in English they didn't help me with the sizes for laughing with the ups delivery man

I recieved a bag as a gift and used it twice then the hand starts to rip off! And they can't do anything as I have no receipt!

I thought they were a quality brand but unfortunately they are not.

THEY GOOD SHOES AND QUALITY LEATHER!
WHAT DONT LIKE HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET DELIVERED
AND SHOES ON SALE BE CAREFUL THEY WILL EITHER SEND USED SHOES OR ON DISPLAY SHOES!

The service in the galleria at white plains is a worse I went to return a pair of boots and all the employees there were mad I think they are still hang over it was a lady there I think she is a kind of manager and just turn away when I ask to exchange mine boots just I know the of the cashier who incharge me for her name is Jessica her name is on the receive that's why I know her name, I never never going back to buy there.
