I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Aldo for 400 dirhams. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. After wearing the sandals only once or twice, the fabric on the front side began to tear. Given the price, I had higher expectations for the quality and durability of the product. I hope Aldo takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their products. I order a pair of shoe from and trying to return them because they are to big. These she must run big, so I tried to return them and the customer service lady told me that I couldn't return them because it was a final sale. I said what I'm I suppose to do with to big shoes. She told me to gift them to someone. Are you $#*!ing keeping me. I don't have money like that, but that was rude and unprofessional to say to someone. So Aldo Shoes you have lost a customer! I have been shopping with you all for years and never have had a problem like this. People should not have to keep a pair of shoe if they can't fit them. 😒
I purchased this pair of shoes directly from ALDO at their store in Colombia. After a brief period of normal use, the shoes developed numerous defects, rendering them unwearable as they now look terrible. Despite attempting to contact their customer service for support, I found that they simply don't care. They have low quality products and poor customer service. I advise you to save your money.

When I bought the shoes the I used for my vacation I never meant to return it, but the botton of the right shoe came off. When I went to the store Aldo in Victoria Garden, this guy told me: if you don't have the receipt, nothing I can do. I said "I don't want my money back" I want another exact shoes. But it didn't work.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
So it started out in aug 2019, I order a pair of shoes for an event online and once the shoes came they were dirty and used. The bottom of the shoe was gone. There were dirt by the toe area. So next I decided to try one more time for Black Friday. Well today I receive my shoes and received same style shoe but two different colors. I am so mad. I have another pair on it's way and I am regretting giving Aldo online any of my business. Never again. Called customer service and they told me that due to an exchange they cannot refund. Someone is going to do something today!
I made an order online to be picked up in store, went to collect my order and the packaging was disgusting not even in a box or decent bag then they're going to tell me that they dont give paper bags no more I can purchase it for a $1... had to walk out the store with everyone seeing my item
I ordered a pair of shoes and the bag to match for my daughter's graduation only to receive two bags. I am leaving in three days and was asked to drive 40 minutes to do the exchange. They do not offer overnight shipment so it looks as though I may not receive the shoes in time.
I requested to speak with a manager only to be told, I'll get a call back tomorrow. The representative was kind enough but as he exclaimed "nothing much we can do".

Received a gift of a burgundy tote bag. Barely used it and the straps started cutting away at the stitching. I have seen similar posts. Poor quality and waste of money. They do not stand behind their products!
Absolutely useless company. I bought some boots a month ago that took over two weeks to ship to a nearby store. It's now another two weeks since then and I somehow still haven't received a pickup notification. When I try to check my order status the page just crashes. What a scam.
Aldo's service falls short of expectations, displaying significant issues in order coordination. They even notify customers of product unavailability or damage after payment, leading to frustration. It's almost as if their inventory is stored in a zoo, considering the extent of damage reported. Their lack of awareness regarding stock availability adds to the vexing experience. This has occurred twice, underscoring deficiencies in both customer service and product quality. The omission of product unavailability notifications appears intentional, as they seem to prioritize processing orders based on demand. If a product garners sufficient orders, it's fulfilled; otherwise, they resort to explanations such as "out of stock" or "product damaged." I have attached a screenshot where the wallet I ordered is still shown as available, but in my purchase list, its shown "not in good condition". Aldo's approach should mature to address these shortcomings.

I ordered a pair of shoes 3 weeks go, have been waiting very patiently for a shipping confirmation. Got an email today saying my order has been cancelled "per my request" which I never requested. Contacted customer service and they were zero help. Don't waste your time
2143 has a worst customer service. Sales associate Vanessa was extremely rude and she and other associates gang up to mock me. Never going back in there again. I wrote to cooperate but haven't received anything from them till now. Very badly discriminated me.
Bought ALDO's expensive RPPL sneakers, they started falling apart on the first wear. What is worse, their customer service has been stalling me for years, promising a refund that never comes. We have exchanged about 50 emails, Facebook messages etc. (with Mr. Wesley Barrett and others) and nothing. Is this a scam or a real company?

I don't want to write the whole story because it's too long but let me put it like this. Their shoes are crap and fall apart & their customer service is beyond terrible... stay away and save yourself a headache and more importantly your money!
Placed two orders online for one pair of the black suede Cassidy shoes. First order, shoe had scuffles all around it, and my hands would turn powdery black each time i touched the shoes. Went to the mall, and showed the Aldo manager the defected shoes. She too couldn't believe how bad of a shape they were in. Unfortunately, the store did not have my size so we had to order it online again. When the shoes arrived the second time around, it was the same thing all over again. I just got these shoes in the mail too. Can't believe the store could make the same mistake twice, and all they can do is give you $15 off after spending almost two hours on the phone with customer service including waiting to get someone. I ordered 5 bags only received 3 one buy and I'm missing 2 and they say one is available then they say it's not they shipping it's bad and now the bag isn't available I won't get my money til 10 business days after all it's a customer that get hurt waiting please be careful before you buy
An employee attempted to snatch an item out of my hand! She claimed to want to place it for a display but I had two items in my hands. She was so rude and her actions were so off putting that I chose to leave without purchasing either and do not plan on ever returning! The can keep their products and staff!

I would give no stars if I could. I'm a sz 11. They carry it in the larger stores in the larger cities. But near me they barely scrape past sz 9.
I have had to go 3 times to place an order because they never actually ordered the shoes I wanted to TRY ON the first two times. The associates are never helpful until basically torn away from rearranging already perfect shelves and staring into the far distance from the front counter.
When they were ordered I learned Aldo charges full price to bring shoes into their location just do someone can try them on and say whether they like them or not. It's not like I had them ordered to my home or even knew if they fit right. That just strips the fun out of shopping. I'm already a large size. Don't make it worse then it already is. Be happy I'm willing to drive to the nearest location and deal with horrible customer service just to find an okay pair of shoes.

I don't think it's worth the $$$, but their styles are gorgeous. It's definitely worth it during sales though... so, sort of stuck in between for the ratings.
My boyfriend, however, ordered several pairs of shoes online and the sizes were ridiculously smaller than what he intended. Highly suggest you go to the store to purchase to get the best fit.
Bad experience... I ordered a mini bag the bag was great but there were no hooks on the sides for the extra strap that came with it to go,, Ordered another bag and a scarf the scarf came at at an earlier date and the purse hasn't came yet I don't understand why they wouldn't have been processed and shipped together.?
Got my heels from Aldo but they started to fall apart after wearing it for couple of times. And this isn't for the first time it is happening. On top of that, I did not get any refunds despite continuous follow-up
