I recently purchased a pair of sandals from Aldo for 400 dirhams. Unfortunately, my experience with the product has been disappointing. After wearing the sandals only once or twice, the fabric on the front side began to tear. Given the price, I had higher expectations for the quality and durability of the product. I hope Aldo takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of their products. Customers should be able to rely on the durability of their purchases, especially when they are paying a significant amount.

I bought a leather wallet a few months back. The quality of the wallet turned out to be very poor. The golden branding on the wallet wore off after a month, making the wallet look very cheap. In the same range, I would advice to buy either Charles & Keith or Fossil products. Im never buying another Aldo product.

I ordered a pair of shoes, they only sent one. Called customer service, which was an awful experience. They made me go back to a store just to order it again. I didn't get charged twice, but I had to go through all this effort for because of their deficienies. Terrible experience.

Site is fairly easy to navigate, and their shoes are a bit pricey but fabulous. However I would strongly recommend going to one of their stores and shopping in person rather from buying online from their site. Although they have a large selection of shoes the abundance of similar styles on their online catalogue can be a bit overwhelming and the sizes vary quite a bit from shoe to shoe. Also shipping is a bummer and the return policy can be slightly more lenient.

I ordered a pair of high heels for my best friends birthday. It said they were in stock at the mall nearby my home so I selected that location figuring I would be able to pick them up there. I called the store who said yes they are there but that I would have to wait to have them shipped from another site despite the fact that they have the same pair already there plus I have a receipt. I called their customer service number and spoke to a rep who said she couldn't do anything about this. She said I could cancel my order and as we were about to do this she hung up on me. After this experience I will never buy shoes from Aldo again. I also plan on telling my friends what happened here.

There are better shoe companies out there - I recommend not buying from this company

I bought online with Paypal. Aldo would not allow a return to the store but rather you had to get them to supply and return shipping order for UPS. I had to arrange for UPS to pick up and deliver back to ALDO. Which they did. UPS was prompt and delivered. ALDO is now telling me they don't have a record of my return. My purchase was over $100. I'm never ordering from ALDO again. Worst Experience and it's still not over.

Returned a pair of shoes and never got the refund on my card, the woman at the store just gave me a phone number to call, I never got to speak to a person (just the machine) so I tried the chat ( it took forever to have person to answer) she didn't resolve the problem either, nobody has contacted me or anything.
I have receipts and everything to prove, but they just don't care.

I bought a pair of sandals from Aldo store, Eaton Center, Toronto, which I had for my trip to Mexico. I bought it on 26th May and had to wear it on 2nd June in Mexico. Within 30 minutes of wearing it I started having pain and within an hour my feet got blisters. I immediately removed them and bought a pair of shoes and wore them. I came back from Mexico on the night of 3rd June and on 4th June I went to return those sandals. I was told there that the website is down then the return will not be possible, so I came back. The next day I called but no one answered so I went back on 6th June and I was told that it cannot be returned as the sandle wore out. Such expensive sandal were pulled off so quickly and hurt me too. Now I can neither use nor exchange nor return. Why do you guys make these products at all? This was my first experience, which was a disaster.

I was at an Aldo store at Fairview, west island. An older couple trying to return a shoe for refund were offered a no refund-gift card and threatened to get the mall security on them otherwise. Quite chocking and disturbing! The extend they were willing to go to cheat customers out of their money! Hypocrites liars!

Is that the new Aldo policy? Is that how and what they train their sales team on? I had read reviews about their bad, unethical, unprofessional customer service. This one topped them all! Still can't get over it!

I ordered a pair of boots online for my friend's birthday. I waited for the weekend and send them an email and chatted online to be sure everything is fine. I was assured it is fine and it's waiting in Wearhouse to be released. Nothing happened. Checked and tracked still not shipped. Chatted with them again after seven days to be sure my friend would receive for the birthday. They said they verified my order and in the next 48 hours, it will be shipped. After 48 hours they sent me an email and said sorry the product was out of stock and they won't ship my order. They were lying to me for over a week :(

I bought $160 shoe from shop 10 days ago and it changed the color after a week. I have visit the shop with the defect shoe. They refuse to changed the shoe. Be Aware this is not fair as I paid such an amount.

I bought a pair of boots online, paid with my card that has no issue accepting refunds from any online shop worldwide. First, they couldn't process the return at the store, simply couldn't send the money back on my card, then they asked me to mail the return. I did. I wait. And 1.5 months later and few usesless refund receipts later - still robbed of $109. Thank you, but no, thank you! I was buying from Aldo for years (in Europe mostly) but now I will never go back.
As of today, they keep on sending stupid receipts and I have filed a transaction dispute with Visa.

I bought a pair of these folk shoes and they started to peal before I could wear them. I did not attempt to wear them for about two months after I bought them only to discover how cheaply made they were... Customer Service was a real joke... BEWARE...

I am a high school student that needs to wear formal shoes to school. I have to spend money out of my own pocket and pay for all of my stuff. I got these shoes not even 1 month ago and they have broken down. I spent 160$ on these and I don't have that kind of money every month to spend on shoes. I am so frustrated, they haven't offered to do anything about it. I have only used these for walking and transport and the front of the shoes has teared apart all the way. I tried not to make a big deal out of it and tried to superglue it but the just kept a falling apart. Wasted so much money on such terrible shoes. Aldo 0/10.

I purchased a shoe from the ALDO store- Rheildanflex loafer.
When I went home and tried it for an hour, they were not comfortable at all. I decided to return them the very next day. When I went to the store, the store person told me I cannot return this item, because the shoes are worn out from the bottom. I had not even realized that the shoes have already started to wear out after just wearing them for an hour. It's ridiculous how $90 shoes get worn out in an hour and ALDO would not do anything about it, consdering their product is not comfortable and has extremely bad quality. Really not worth buying any products from ALDO. They are super expensive and not comfortable, adding to the bad quality as the store person himself mentioned that the shoe is worn out.
Disappointed!

Not recommended at all. Not worth it.

I was soo disappointed with the 1 pair I purchased from Aldo.
Their shoes aren't the greatest quality and are actually incredibly uncomfortable.
Just used for 2 hours, waste of money. Wont be shopping here again, Just HORRIBLE service

I bought a beige pair of Aldo shoes. They got a little wet in the rain and the RED lining bled onto the outside of the shoes and ruined them. I sent letter and pictures to Aldo and they said it was not a "manufacturer defect" and there was nothing they would do about it. So I will never buy another pair of shoes from them.

This company has the most incompetent CS group ever. After a week waiting for my money to be refunded I had to contact them again and they told me they had issues and weren't able to do it but they were doing it now, again, a week after I contacted them the 1st time, I felt like they were treating me as an idiot because that's obviously an excuse. Also their CS reps are really slow, you feel like they are doing something else when you are talking to them. I'm really disappointed with this and I can say for sure I'm not buying anything from Aldo online again.

Seems like staff are dissatisfied with management for ruining the good name of the brand.
Bad customer service, selling old shoes and passing them as new then manager will argue that that they don't sell old shoes because they have good quality check in. Wrong… I think the staff use the shoes, sell and then refuse refund or exchange claiming the shoes are worn out.
Store is located in Markville mall and manager is named Adam, sales person is Ibrahim. Bought the shoes on the 15 of this month, my wife is not comfortable, tried to get an exchange on the 2oth after 5 days. Adam checked the under soles and my ode was also surpassed with how the undersoles looked worn already although she only tried it in a day, and her line of work does not require lots of walking yet look at the ole of the shoes

I brought shoes last week and had them shipped to the mall. I drove 45min to find the right shoe highly scuffed and faded. They also had no more in my size. I can't believe they think customers are stupid enough to buy it! Very disappointed!

I ordered jewellery from Aldo. They sent me the wrong order. I tried to exchange in store, and the cashier said she couldn't do it without her manager. I then decided to return the item via their online process. They sent me a return label which when clicked had no link/ would not open anything. I tried calling their customer service line-- it is an automated CSR which repeats all the information online. Their online chat bot for customer service is also automated and cannot address issues like this. I'm throwing out the order, losing my money and never ordering online from Aldo again. Time is precious, and time is money-- Aldo's wasted wayy to much of my time and attention.

Hello, December 2022, I bought a pair of shoes that I started wearing only 2 weeks ago and they already broke ((( I am very dissatisfied with the "quality" for which I paid a lot of money! I went to the Mayfair mall in Wauwatosa and bought a black pair of boots (99.00) I wanted the khaki color also and an additional pair of boots that the store did not have in my size so I went home and ordered them. When i got the 2 that I ordered they sent me the black ones ( already have them). I called CS and was hung up on twice (wait time on hold is at least 30 min). Then the next person said they would send me a return slip and 25% discount to re-order but gave me the choice to take them in to the mall and have them return them and re-order. In the mall the staff was very rude (2 guys) treated me like i was the outsider and told me if I ordered them on line i had to return them the same way...I will never give ALDO another dime of mine until they treat women like we belong in there.

I ordered my shoes because store didn't had them in stock. When I received them it was quite unprofessional because of noise it makes when I walk. I took it back to Tsawwassen mills store and I was being refused for refund even when it's within return policy time frame. He Asked me to call customer service and she asked the same person and refused it again. ( why will he return it when he already refused to take it back) don't know where is customer satisfaction fits in their return policy. Worst experience ever and will never shop there again

I purchased Aldo shoes in May and within a day the shoes strap came off. I immediately contacted Aldo for a refund. The shoes was returned and initial refund email confirmation received on 1st June. Aldo then confirmed my card details and and it was all set up for a full refund. After few days, banking department wanted to confirm my card details and wanted to call. After 6 days of waiting I was informed that someone will call and still no calls received. The customer service keeps changing responses and no outcome of my refund. This is such a bad customer service - first the product was bad and now I have to face such bad customer service. For just $60+ I had to chase 7-8 times.
