I was in need of an item for crafting I couldn't find on anywhere, but finally found on alexnld.com. It was a great price which made me worried about quality, especially since I had never heard of alexnld.com. But I just received it, very sturdy! I had a small issue with tracking not showing up even though I got an email saying I could track the item; the customer service rep responded super quick to my inquiry. Also, considering it was shipping from overseas to USA, it was super fast shipping (which was FREE! BTW!) given not only the pandemic, but the USA postal issues putting strain on shipping firms.
I ordered a camera chest strap/harness online from alexnld.com for $18.99. They processed my order (withdrew $18.99 from my Pay Pal account), but then sent me the following note: Unfortunately we did ran out of stock on this item, we have re-stocked this for you, but the price has changed, it is $25.99 now. Therefore We have cancelled and full refunded your order. If you still want the product at new price, feel free to re-order it. I dont care if they re-stocked the item. The price on the website is the price they should honor. These people are crooks.

I ordered a part on 4/12 and they said it would ship in a few days. We are now at 76 days and haven't received the product or a refund.
Delivery was delayed, due to Covid restrictions. But, the product came (actually, within 7 to 20 days!) and is excellent. Happy customer!

The whole site looks so dodgy and the tardiness and disingenuine nature of their merchandise should ring sufficient alarm bells. Don't do it.

Originally there was a dispute in regards to payment through PayPal. PayPal pre-charges you to ensure the money is in the account then refunds it back then charges you when item ships (dumb, I know) so due to covid it took about another week for me to actually see that preauthorized amount come back into my account (making it appear I had been charged twice). When I asked the seller about it they explained that to me but I figured there was a mix up since it appeared I was charged twice And several days had gone by without seeing the extra charge refunded. I opened a dispute resolution with PayPal and "apparently" that caused PayPal to hold my payment to the seller. This caused the seller to lash out at me and accuse me of cancelling my payment (which I did not) and the seller threatened to take legal action against me... in a customers point of view, my bank account appeared to be charged twice. About a week and a half later I finally got that preauthorized amount back into my bank account. I have adjusted this review to reflect the changes that happened from the original review to be fair to the seller. However I am still not happy with how the seller accused me of cancelling the payment and threatening legal action because I placed a review they didn't like. The customer service for my particular transaction was handled very poorly and therefore I am unable to provide any additional stars. On a positive note... I received the item and it was as described and I am satisfied with the item itself. Others seem to have good reviews about this company so this could very well have been a one off, poorly handled transaction that was mishandled on both ends.
