So far so good. I am slightly concerned that the description of my order no longer includes the specific UPC code: *******79959. I specifically want this version and hope that this is what the seller HPB Movies will provide (as was listed).
If I put a one star rating (I won't bore you with the reasons) and your response is: 'Oh you can't possibly mean that - would you like to think again?' then you are just inviting an even more negative response. Try not to be so irritating.
Refused to accept the password I've been using for years, then didn't send a password-reset e-mail. Didn't have clear rules about what was needed for a password. Wasted far more time than I needed to.

Ordered the wrong volume first time round - this is the second attempt, on the same day. Hoping the bookseller will respond to my plea and hold back the first one, refunding my money. It would be great customer service if they did so.
All good, except that I was not able to ask to see only hardback, for example, and I don't know the size of the book and typeface, which are important factors in my reading experience.

I deduct one star for not indicating the shipping cost up front, and another star for not reminding me that you already have my debit card details on your system.

And I believe in preventing Amazon to reestablish its monopoly on online book market. So I try to buy books from you despite the fact that on many occasions, I had to pay a bit more.

Twice I ordered one book an twice I had to cancel because they processed the wrong book.

One reason is the cheap shipping from the USA to the UK that makes books from the USA much more chgoosable, as they used to be when USPS fixed price envelopes were much cheaper. This is a big plus for Alibris.
