So far so good. I am slightly concerned that the description of my order no longer includes the specific UPC code: *******79959. I specifically want this version and hope that this is what the seller HPB Movies will provide (as was listed).
If I put a one star rating (I won't bore you with the reasons) and your response is: 'Oh you can't possibly mean that - would you like to think again?' then you are just inviting an even more negative response. Try not to be so irritating.

Too many problems with customs although you charge me for the 6% VAT, which means that there should not any issues.
Unreliable as far as EU VAT rules. You charge the VAT and upon import the VAT is charged again plus custom charges.

Unreliable supplier with shipments from the US regarding EC VAT rules.
You charge the aplicable tax, but we need to pay this again upon import plus fees.
You charge 6% VAT on the invoice, however I still will be required to pay this again plus a resulting 15 EUR handling charges to the local Mail (Bpost). You simply don't take your responsibility on shipments from the US.

The moment you make sure that charging me VAT also makes sure that the ordered books pass customs without problems you will get 5 stars again. I will never order books from the US via Alibris. You fail and do not take your responsibility.

Contuing problems with imports in the EC from the US due to VATregulations and Alibris which does not take its reposibility although it charges VAT on the purchase.
UK shipment from a wellknown supplier
Alibris charges Belgian VAT, but does not take care of the required VAT information for custom clearance for books from the US.

Easy to search, order and pay - but I wish it were possible to qualify the search terms more closely, or compel omission of various words, as in eBay's search function, to reduce the number of irrelevant results.
