So far so good. I am slightly concerned that the description of my order no longer includes the specific UPC code: *******79959. I specifically want this version and hope that this is what the seller HPB Movies will provide (as was listed).
If I put a one star rating (I won't bore you with the reasons) and your response is: 'Oh you can't possibly mean that - would you like to think again?' then you are just inviting an even more negative response. Try not to be so irritating.

Still hate using you though as you previously cost me money because you don't accurately put BOOKS down as contents on customs labels. Instead you use the titles, so one shipment was interpreted as a picture because of PORTRAIT in the title

Have had to pay customs fees for a book that Alibris mislabelled on the customs declaration form. The seller had correctly declared it as a book, but Alibris used the book's title and as that included PORTRAIT it was valued as a picture, not a book and fees were payable
