So far so good. I am slightly concerned that the description of my order no longer includes the specific UPC code: *******79959. I specifically want this version and hope that this is what the seller HPB Movies will provide (as was listed).
If I put a one star rating (I won't bore you with the reasons) and your response is: 'Oh you can't possibly mean that - would you like to think again?' then you are just inviting an even more negative response. Try not to be so irritating.

Ok, but why list 4 books when you are only selling two?
Because I can buy as a guest and not create an account (Hive.co.uk), also, the Waterstones website always forgets my 'shopping basket' from one visit to the next, so I lost all the books I'd put in the shopping basket last night.
