By mistake, I double-ordered the book "Mosquito".
I was utterly unable to contact anybody or to receive any feedback on my immediate email detailing the issue.
I just received a standardized reply saying that in general, it is too late to tell the supplier to cancel and that I should try to contact it.
In this case, the supplier is YOU, Alibris. Unreachable. Unmanned telephone number.
The 2 copies were received but now there seems to be a THIRD copy of the very same frigging book in transit?
I am of the mind to stop payments to you.
I am sorely disappointed with you, after buying so many books from you in the last 5 years.
I would rank your Customer Support pitiful, but in reality, you do not have one.
It seems like I have to abandon you and move to Amazon. At least they reply.
