Not quite as good as in the past. Not a lot of deals. A little disappointed that I didn't get alerts of any savings during Black Friday time period. Unfortunately, some of the book prices are higher than expected.
Frequent customer and I truly miss the days of better prices on books. It seems like it has doubled and tripled since the pandemic.

It's always great. I have to compare and shop a little more nowadays due to the increase in the prices. Before it was always much easier to select Alibris and place more orders.

Very accessible, but surprisingly higher prices during this time of year. I'd got accustomed to a larger variety of books available for free shipping at lower prices.

Unfortunately, the prices have increased significantly since I last ordered. Since this is the case, it would be great if there were more free shipping offered. I would love to bring more customers and order more but my order this time averaged almost $10 per book.
I am a repeat customer and I really didn't have the time or energy to compare shop with other book sellers.

The shipping charge for the book I ordered today is $3.99. However, when I was considering placing the order, the "estimated shipping charge" was $14.99! It wasn't until I exchanged three emails with your excellent client service representative, Sumo Murmu, that I came to understand that the estimated shipping charge was not the actual shipping charge. There is a big difference between 14.99 and 3.99. Something's wrong with your system; the estimated charge should more accurately reflect the actual one.
Because I am sick of using Amazon.
