Well it was quick and easy. What more could i ask for? The only thing I'd additionally want is to be able to see more precisely what the possible defects are for a specific "good" condition book. But I know that's why the category exists

As usual, alibris provided excellent service. I would, however, like to make one suggestion. When your follow-up asks if I received an order, I have to look up the date in my history to see what the item was. I order frequently from you and other vendors and don't keep track of what, where, and when I ordered specific items. If you named the item(s) in my order it would be helpful.

This book hits on so many emotions and makes sense of so much of the history of my family. It answers questions I have asked myself over and over. One feels so alone going through this so it is helpful to know others have gone through it and come out in a better place eventually.

Latest order was delivered as promised. Unfortunately, I had to change delivery location and that process ran afoul of Canada Post Strike and delivery was delayed as was this report on successful receipt. Parcel finally received in good condition thanks to a courier service and the help of friends.

Site is easy to negotiate; order acknowledgment emails received at lightening speed. Order despatch from one GoodWill store in Wisconsin was slow - upwards of two weeks from memory. The second GoodWill store shipped within a few days.
