Very impressed w/ orderly arrangement of products for sale, e.g., music, books, movie, etc. Makes sense! Also, the choice of sellers is easy to understand & navigate--I contacted one book seller Solr by email to find out if the used book they were selling was highly dusty (allergies) & they emailed back w/ details & evident concern. Alibris is now my "go-to" source for great prices, selection & quality of sale. Thanks for doing a great job!
Very Difficult to change shipping address. Had to quit internet browser and log back in again. Shipping choices limited. I know from past purchase that independent sellers can take their sweet time shipping items and often do. Why does alibris appear to charge at 1st class parcel rates and deliver at slower and cheaper media mail rate? Delivery window excessively wide.
I was looking for an out of print book on old coins. The ONLY place that had it was an Alibris bookseller. Come here first … it's the best place to start your search.

To be asked TWICE if I had received my order strikes me as serious problem somewhere, as I had replied to the first request promptly in the affirmative. This lessens the chance I will do business with Alibris in the future.

Alibis' website is easy to navigate and get the best prices for used and trade quality books. The shipping costs are a bit steep when two or more books are ordered from the same seller.
If my library and our local bookstore doesn’t have the books I want, I prefer Alibris over Amazon

The shipping amount billed was higher than the amount shown on the product page. Specifically, standard rate was shown as $3.98 but after adding the book to my cart and paying, the standard rate appeared as $4.99

I would say that the shopping car details are too large on a computer screen. It is hard to see the whole list b/c of the size of each item/ wish list at the top of card is huge too maybe that could go on top with smaller font or in red or something but taking up the whole cart screen makes me want to remove things from the wish list so I can see the cart!

Well...I sometimes send books to other people and then forget when I place my order. Then the order defaults to them instead of me and I have to scramble to change the address. I now know to delete any other addresses before I complete the order...hopefully...

I found some gently used Eric Carle books for a wonderful price. It was even worth it to purchase through Alibris with shipping cost. That is not always the case with Amazon free shipping, but in this case it was.
