The interface for Billing Address and Shipping Address is confusing. I saw "your address book referred to" - why can't I go to that via my Profile?

I ordered 2 books from a seller listed in Illinois. I received info that the books had been shipped. They ended up being shipped from the UK and i didn't have any tracking nor that they had been shipped from out of country. That being said, they did arrive within 2 weeks

Would be nice if you could expand your free shipping program. Shipping is usually about 40% of the cost of my orders. The prices are still good, but could maybe find a way to get a bit better.
