Responding to e-sent advertisement from Alibris, which offered free shipping as well as discounted price -- but in the eventuality, shipping was not reduced.
E-mail offered reduced price and free shipping. However, charge for shipping was in fact still made.

Neither the payment nor the checkout page allowed me to enter the coupon code BASIN (or any other, because the coupon box isn't there!)
Shopping as guest, the contents of my cart vanished, as soon as I signed in with my email address and password. Other websites must detect my IP address, given the contents of the guest cart ARE NOT LOST, when I sign in.
When searching for movies, the search engine defaults to books with each new search. Shouldn't the customer change the search category and not the computer program?
I received an email stating I could use the coupon code BASIN, for a $15 discount. I could NOT use ANY COUPON CODE today!

I ordered another copy of this book earlier this week, and my order was canceled after you charged my card. The cancellation email said you would issue a refund but I am still waiting two days later.
The cancellation email said we have similar items in stock, and there was one for even cheaper.
