The $15 off coupon you emailed me--and I clicked to get here--wasn't applied. The coupon code is never included in the emails, so I wasn't even able to handle it manually.

First of all I received an email telling me that I would get free shipping on my purchase today. Secondly I was supposed to get 5 dollars off of my order for signing up for email, which I have already been getting. Thirdly I placed a search for the book that I wanted which stated they had found my book which I ordered and paid full price for with no 5 dollars off and no free shipping etc. This really galled my $#*! because if I did not really desire this book I would have never paid this amount for this 25 year old book. Let me tell you I purchase an enormous amount of books on line and if you do not honor your offers then it will be a cold day in hell if I use your services ever again. I review a lot of businesses and refer a lot of my friends and neighbors to businesses that I find useful and helpful to us retired people with fixed incomes and I would be hard pressed to refer your services to any of my colleagues after using your services and unfulfilled promises today. I searched and searched your site looking for an area to obtain the discounts you advertised. Please let me know how I could have received your discounts or what I did wrong. I will wait for your response from you all before I write a review of your business.

I got a call to pray for my granddaughter and her 4 year old little boy who was at the dentist, crying and crying and not let the dentist do anything. I grabbed this OLD book of my office the shelf and started reading and asking God to step into this situation, I ordered this copy of the book from you. As soon as I hit the Send button, I got this text: "ALL DONE" The dentist let Easton drill on a fake thing and Easton thought it was the best thing ever." Praise the Lord

A message popped up that said I just needed another $7+ to qualify for free shipping, but it wasn't clear that not all items were part of that deal, and it wasn't easy to figure out which books WERE included without spending more time than I wanted.
You are not Amazon, and the price was a bit cheaper, anyhow, even with shipping.

Alibris NEVER lets me down! If there is a book, in existence, Alibris WILL find it for you! I have been using Alibris, for about 15 years. I always get what I need. Keep up the great work!

CASH SAVING OPTION CHANGED THE CD I WAS BUYING TO A DIFFERENT CD THAT WAS USING THE WRONG IMAGE. I CAUGHT THE ERROR IN TIME BUT THE PRICE OF THE CD WENT UP BY ABOUT $1 WHEN I ADDED IT BACK TO MY CART.

I ordered a copy of the DVD movie "Shootout" several months ago, but never received the movie. Kept hoping it would eventually arrive-but no. I'm giving Alibris one last chance to send me each item I'm currently ordering. Please don't let me down this time. I hate paying shipping charges.
