1) Not the other massive retailer starting with A. 2) Can get almost anything for very affordable cost and shipping

Always received the correct item. There was one instance where an item was missing with the book. I emailed the distributor and they sent me a brand new copy with everything in it. Just wow!

I really love how you have such an extended library but the shipping is so high and only a few books have free shipping with so much money spent and they're so hard to find.

It is very hard to figure out what qualifies for free shipping on the cart. I have shopped several times only to find that the shipping costs are more than the books and I quit.
Got an email and was interested in free shipping. Decided to go ahead and pay the shipping that is more than the cost of the books because I didn't figure out how to select only eligible for free shipping books. I figured this time my time making selections was worth it. Won't do it again.

It would be nice to easily check and see if multiple books are available from the same seller to avoid multiple shipping charges. Maybe there is a way but it is not clear to me.

Your shipping rates are quite high for postage shipping. The last book took 3 weeks to arrive, unlike your quote of 3-16 days (business days I assumed).
